I was meeting my friend for a business meeting and decided that it would be a great idea to park next to his car. When I opened my door the wind ripped it out of my hand and put a dent in my friends fender. He was super upset since his car was a month old and he didn't want it repainted. I felt so guilty and had no clue what to do. I called around looking for a paint less dent removal and all centers that I found said they would not be able to handle that sort of a dent, until I emailed a picture to Arthur. He told me he would be able to do it and I was extremely excited, but sceptical since everyone else said no. After meeting Arthur in person, I knew my friends vehicle was in good hands. Arthur is a true magician and an Artist in his industry. I don't understand how he doesn't it, metal flows back in shape like there was nothing there. When he was done, there was no evidence of the damage and you would never know that there was an enormous dent in that fender. Since that trip I had Arthur repair my wife's Subaru , my work Van and have referred many customers to Boston Dent Pro. Everyone that I send to Arthur came back with a smile on their face. He is that good.

TL;DR: Arthur didn't feel I responded quickly enough to his communications, and therefore I wasn't worthy of his time (and picked a fight with me via text message about it). I called the number listed on the website and spoke to Arthur (connection was poor, and he seemed to get frustrated with me, but such is modern communication). He asks me for a set of pictures and tells me to text him. I do as he asks (within 30 minutes or so), and he responds with a generic message asking me for a whole set of info. Most of this was info I sent him already, but whatever I can do it again. However, by this point it was late and I was heading into work for an extended shift (I work 24 hour+ shifts). For that reason, it took me a couple of days to respond to him. Before I could do so, I get a message from him saying "Deleting this conversation for not answering reason." I respond with, "I've been working the last two days so I've had no time to get you the additional pictures. But that's fine, I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks." Rather than saying anything remotely conciliatory, he proceeds (over the course of several texts) to lecture me on how valuable his time is, how busy he is, how he expects his customers to respond quicker, and how, if I were in business, I'd understand. He clearly seemed to miss the point that I was not yet his customer, and that he had yet to earn my business. Quite frankly, I have no patience for being belittled by someone with whom I am trying to spend my hard-earned money. There is no need to put up with attitude like his-take your business elsewhere.

Communication is hard over the phone, and he doesn't remember previous conversations occurring 5 minutes before. Price is between $100 to $150 per dents. Will not come to you if you have less than 3 dents to repair. Instead he is asking for someone from Cambridge, MA to go to the country side, Worcester, MA

Can't get through-When you call, an answering machine picks up. You are forced to leave a message and send photos (which is OK) but I never heard anything back over a week. It's tough when you want to give someone business, but they don't let you!
