I recently purchased a new car and it was a great experience. Matt answered all my questions and didn't make me feel pressured into buying one! He was patient and made the process easy. Thanks to everyone there who went above and beyond by getting me into my new vehicle! I definitely recommend purchasing a car from them.

you can get a deal - if you know exactly what you want, and stick to your guns. you may be pressured into a same-day sale - as they did with me and my mom's boyfriend. they offered him things they could not follow up on as he didn't make them provide documents to prove what he paid for. so BE CAREFUL! I asked them for every document of what I paid for and what they offered and I had no issues getting service later on, unlike the boyfriend. they only offered to add things onto the deal because I told them straight up I would not do a same day signing and was going to visit somewhere else that had a cheaper offer. I appreciated the help and walk through I got when I signed the documents- it was my first time signing a loan, and it was a bit more difficult than it should have been since I got a recent name change, (partly my fault, I forgot to update my bank account, which the loan was going through) but they still worked with me through it, and got the loan down to the monthly price I wanted. the whole process took about a week- but I still ended up missing work when I went to go pick up the car- I was told everything would be ready in the morning that day but it wasn't- I was there when they opened and no one else who worked with me was. my car wasn't charged, it still needed the inspection, and they hadn't even sorted out the car insurance and registration yet- I had to go back and forth between them and my agents to figure it out. I was pretty disappointed about that. it's really a bad look for me to call in my boss at the last minute and tell them I'll be two hours late because nothing was ready when it should have been, even though when I told them I needed to be at work at 12 and they kept brushing it off saying things would be ready soon. (and I didn't have another way to get to work, I needed the car.)

I purchased a used car in October 2021. It was squeaky in the brakes. They said they will fix it before I take the car home. It went in the shop for a week before I could drive it home. Then when I finally drove it home the brakes were squeaky again, I brought it in and they had me waiting 5+ hours for them to “fix” it. At the end they ended up just saying the brake pads were a low quality brand, and that it was of no safety concern. Well, I’ve been riding 2 years with squeaky brakes and then just got my brakes and rotors done, must be the calipers that they never bothered to check because they are still squeaky. And then I had electrical problems within 14 days since purchasing and brought it in for them to fix it. They reprogrammed a new key into the car and that didn’t work. So they just gave me the new key… now spare key doesn’t work because the car only responds to the 1 reprogrammed key. These people at Bertera scam you, I’ve heard absolutely nothing but bad things about them every time I ask local friends, and coworkers who have been there. Repair shops that are local say the same bad things about this dealership. Save yourself the trouble and do not bother walking into this dealership. After 10 months of owning the car there was around $4,000 put into the car for many things that Bertera didn’t look over.

I wanted to personally thank Jimmy & Dennis for taking care of my wife's Nissan Rogue. These guys are the best of the best, informed us of everything along the repair process, they went the extra mile. The entire service dept staff at Bertera is second to none! Definitely will use them for all my maintenance from this point forward. I'm a logistics director and have a fleet of vehicles (some Nissan) ... I want Bertera to be our new service location. Thank you guys!!!! I truly appreciate everything!!!!

Went in for an oil change. They then told me my back breaks were bad and something was wrong with the front tire. The oil change which totaled almost $130 was already pretty high but these other services would have totaled over $1000, while the person working with me was kind I felt I was being pushed after I declined performing these services at the dealer that day several times. Later that day I went to two other auto bodies in the area and they quoted 1/3 of the price for break and tire repairs which makes the whole situation with Nissan feel dishonest. You guys have great customer service attitudes but it’s to cover up the price gouging, I will not return for anything.

I brought my Nissan Pathfinder to Bertera Nissan for: (1) an alignment; and (2) to fix a problem with the Console/Display/Nav/Camera/Audio. Specifically, I explained that I had to take out the 15 amp fuse located at the bottom right side of the panel and pop it back in and then the car would "reset". The car would be fine each time I started it, up to three times. Then I would have to pop out the fuse and pop it back in again.I dropped my car off Sunday evening, so the dealer would have it first thing in the morning. As I did not hear anything from the dealer, I called them Monday afternoon. I was told that the mechanic cleaned the battery cable and it worked UNTIL he put the car up on the lift and realized the console was out again.Initially, I was told that the charge to diagnose the issue would be $175. However, Monday evening, I was asked to leave the car for another day as the mechanic would need to look at it further. I was told as he already spent a few hours on it, another diagnostic fee would be charged. As they did not specify the amount, I assumed it would be the same amount I was charged previously ($175).On the third day, after doing some research online, I provided the Service Department with information I found that I thought would be helpful. Imagine my surprise when I was told that what I DIAGNOSED was the issue and that it would cost $7K to fix. The dealer was going to charge me $6K for parts. The information that I gave to the dealer had the part # listed on it, so I googled the part number and the cost was $3,400 brand new! The dealer was going to charge me DOUBLE. I declined the service they proposed to do for $7KI was billed $526.75 for the diagnosis that I GAVE THEM. Not to mention, being without a car for 3 days. And the icing on the cake? THEY NEVER EVEN DID MY ALIGNMENT.I tried speaking to the Service Manager about the cost that I incurred. I was agreeable to paying up to $350 ($175 diagnostic fee x 2 days), but he would not hear of it.I feel that this is UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES under M.G.L. c.93A because I should have only been charged $350 for the diagnosis. I did not receive anything for the additional monies that I had to pay.My car was returned to me in the same way it was brought in - UNRESOLVED CONSOLE ISSUE and NO ALIGNMENT

I purchased my Nissan in Oct 2021, it was used. I have had my Nissan serviced there regularly since purchasing. Upon purchasing, I signed up for the tires for life program they offered.Recently had my car serviced and was told by the service person that I was do for tires. Which is fine. Told me about the offer they had right now. I mentioned I signed up for the tires for life program . He mentioned he would look into for me and call or text me about it.Never heard from the person, called and emailed the person. No response.A week later someone from customer service called to see how my service was and if I had any questions. I asked about the tires for life program. The person looked up my maintenance and said I wasn't qualified. I asked why? I also didn't know that it was a specific timeline to have the car serviced. Which was not explained when I purchased the vehicle. Then the person also says we stopped that program in Jan of 2021, so I don't know how you were offered it in Oct.It gets more interesting, I called the sales department a day later and spoke with a salesperson asking about all the incentives they have. When the tire for life was mentioned. The sales person said yes we still offer that amongst other incentives. Which makes our dealership different from the others. So which is it? You have the program? Or you SCAM people into getting service and then come up with excuses that you don't qualify or you got rid of that program. ( When you actually still have it) So a customer cannot use the programs. Or is it being a female and think that, it's okay to make up stories.

This was my first time buying a new car. I was nervous and intimidated, my guard was definitely up. Natasha Pellot in the BDC department did a phenomenal job communicating, getting back to me right away after my online inquiry, answered all my questions, and prepared me for my first visit. If it wasn't for her, I don't think I would have gotten connected to my sales person Hans. I got connected to Hans Jorgensen, who provided a very smooth process from start to finish. His easy going personality gave me the comfortability to lower my guard. I didn't feel pressured or like Hans was just trying to make a sale, I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. He kept me in the loop each step of the way, took the time to educate me, and ultimately helped me buy my first car. Dwayne spence, the used car manager, was honest and up front and I definitely felt like he went to bat for me. Amir and Chad in financing broke down each number down to me so I fully understood what my interest rate, my monthly payment was, and how the whole breakdown looked. I'm truly grateful for the help Hans, and Natasha and the Bertera team provided me in this process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Went in for rear brakes to be worked on as pads were low. Found existing rear brake rotors were in good shape and could be re-surfaced, saving $150 on replacement cost. The work was done in a timely manner and I had space to work and stay productive while I waited. With the service advisor finding that saving on the rear brakes and letting me know the front rotors are also in good shape and can be resurfaced too, I'll be back next month to get the front brakes done when the car's in for its next service.

When I first got the car, the inside of the car was not detailed well at all. I had to go back and have them re-vacuum it and clean the windows and replace the windshield wipers. Within two months of having my car, the brakes already needed to be replaced because Bertera Nissan would not replace them before giving the car to me because they were good enough to just pass so they could sell it to me as is. Four months after that my wheel bearings needed to be replaced. But yes they did replace them correctly and that problem now is resolved. Now a month later my car is making a ringing noise. Having this car has been nothing but stressful I have never experienced anything like this I will not be going back.

Caitlyn and her team were faced with the very unusual task of removing a jammed dog blanket from the back latch. This Rock Creek package is so new to the market that the manual release mechanism was unknown to the service team. But in under an hour, they had the hatch open and working as it should!! Caitlyn was amazing at communicating and executing the repair. I would highly recommend anyone with a Nissan to visit this service department.

First time bringing my Maxima to Bertera, this for a 60K service. Overall experience was no better or worse than any other dealership service experience I'v had. Had an appointment to wait... car was pulled in to the service bay about an hour after I arrived for my appointment time, unfortunately, as is standard pretty much anywhere you go. Service writer James was good, honest and informative. He was the best part of the whole experience. Car returned from the post service "test drive" which took longer than it should for a scheduled maintenance , and the driver seat was completely out of adjustment from where I left it... I get moving it if its moved forward and backward but every adjustment had to be dialed back in. WTH? Also, I turned power on the audio system and it was near top volume level... My assumption or perception from these two issues, along with the length of time for the length of time it took after the car left the service bay, leads me to believe some kid working in your shop took my car for a joy ride. One additional small courtesy that would have been appreciated, the tech did not take the time to remove the old service reminder sticker from the windshield and just put your sticker next to it. It can be the small things that make a break a customer's experience and there were just too many swing and misses in that area for me to return and/or recommend.

Family member bought a car from them nothing but problems from the start. Brakes squeaked was asked to fix before picking it up wasn’t fixed and was brought back in to be fixed kept him there for 8 hrs and never touched the car, I ended up replacing them a few months later, windshield was broken and was promised to be fixed before pickup, was not fixed and had to take it 25 min away from my house to their window shop where they kept the car over night. 9 months after buying the car 4 thousand dollars were put into it including a new catalytic converter and to many other issues to list. Would not recommend going to Bertera Nissan for anything
