Not only did I have the best buying a car experience ever here at bertera nissan in auburn ma. They made me feel like I was part of the family.This was the first time EVER going into a dealership and sitting down with a salesperson and buying a car. Boris was my salesman and he was the nicest most personable salesman I've ever met! I've worked at a dealership before and they were scumbags! What a complete shift in energy and hospitable experience I got. Tim,George,Hans,dwayne,Chad,Natasha and the rest of the crew are TOP NOTCH! U honestly can't get a better dealership crew that will work extremely hard to get u into the car of your dreams! I will never go to another dealership ever again! I dread getting a new car because I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing and I hate wasting hours. Today was so different….Matt Jordan got me in and out of there with a new car in less than two hours. I told him what I wanted, he listened and then I left with something different that I didn’t even know I wanted and I LOVED instantly. He was kind, efficient and communicated very well. The manager who presented numbers was also so great and I felt that he was honest and genuine. I have zero complaints. Thanks for making a dreaded experience such a happy day!

I leased my second vehicle today from Bertera Nissan and again the service I received from my sales rep Boris and sales manager Dwayne was outstanding was going to keep my present lease instead the walked me thru a cheaper option for a new lease again and they got me to were I was at a comfortable monthly payment and a new car thanks again to Boris Dwayne and the finance time it was again a relaxing and pressure free experience ? I will recommend Bertera to all my friends and family

Make sure you pay attention to the service department. Took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I made sure and marked the 2 front tires with a little mark to see if they rotated them.
They did not rotate them.
I came out to the car to take it home and there was a big greasy hand print on the side of the white car.
The guy who did the service was to lazy to remove the mileage sticker on the windshield so he put a new one over it.
I will say that the service manager and the other service guy both made it right by cleaning the car and giving me a card for a free rotation and oil change.
How many other people has this happened to that don't know enough to check for things like that.

I had a very difficult time with the former management. With the new team, especially Tim, I feel like they have turned the corner on customer service. My issues were acknowledged, and I feel much better. Great job Tim.

I had a wonderful experience at bertera Nissan. i did not end up making a purchase however the various salespeople i spoke to were very knowledgeable and i felt no pressure getting the information i was looking for. i will be coming back when i am in the market!
