I would give them a zero, but that wasn't an option. I purchased a Nespresso machine there and it no longer makes coffee. I called the store in Hudson to ask before I got in the car if I could return it without a receipt. The employee said they could, but they are in liquidation, so I should bring it to Auburn. I then called Auburn because I didn't want to assume anything. The employee I spoke to there said yes, I could return it there. It's a 30 min drive for me to Auburn and it's 16 degrees out. I am the sole caregiver of a 90 yr old, so I wanted to be certain they would take it before I took my mom out unnecessarily. When I arrived at the store they said no, there is a 30 day return policy on electronics. How is it that neither employee I spoke to mentioned that??? No one had any recollection of talking to me on the phone, even though it had only been about 35 minutes before. How is it that employees are no longer held accountable for their misinformation??? I can't imagine what would happen to me in my job if I just doled out whatever random answers popped into my head when I had no actual clue what I was talking about! And then I could just say, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do for you." and stare blankly through the person I had just screwed over. Good riddance, Bed, Bath and Beyond!

Was looking for a bagel guillotine and the website said they had it. Went to the store and they didn't have it. I like the store but that was a waste of gas and time. I would add a photo of my new bagel slicer but I don't have one. ?

Walked in saw some ladies who worked there on a Wednesday morning, asked them for assistance and got really good customer service. All I had to do was walk in asking for help. Thank you! My wife loved the nespresso

Website isn't accurate and the lady that answered the phone had a bit of an attitude. Website said curbside started at 9 but store opens at 10. Well I checked in and waited until 9:30. I get a notification at 10:20 that I picked up the item I didn't receive.

I was intending on purchasing a new bed set and walking through the store looking for things for my home. Upon entering the store I asked if they had anymore bulbs for the Dynatrap bug zapper. One clerk asked another and the 2nd clerk yelled "WE DONT HAVE ANY" in a very rude tone. I left the store after that. I'll order my items from Amazon. This store won't last with employees like that.
