The other day I visited and ended up leaving with a bad review , today however the manager Sam was available on a Saturday and explained to me what happened and resolved the situation . And it was quick actually considering the amount of people coming in today

I was greeted by a woman who did not introduce herself and then Chritopher Latimer supposedly was taking care of my matter. It seemed like either he doesn’t want to take care about my matter or didn’t know what actions need to be taken to resolve my issue. At the end I just got his Business card and was told I’ll get a call the next day.Two days later I tried following up via email…it bounced back with a message that he can’t receive emails. I called and got told the documents weren’t valid….and no real answer of on how everything can be resolved. I really felt like nobody cared about their customers.EDIT……thank you for reaching out but I don’t use Social Media platform for any type of problem solving. I would like someone from BoA legal department or the Branch manager reach out to me. The Auburn branch has my contact info. Thank you!

I had a scheduled appointment to have a document notarized today. I arrived several minutes early to my appointment. Upon arrival I was informed by an employee that he was waiting for another customer to arrive to assist them first and that I would have to wait for someone else to help me when they became available. The previous night a Bank of America employee called me to confirm this scheduled appointment, but I missed his call. I immediately called the number back, but the recording stated it was after hours and the employee was unavailable. I spoke with him the following morning and he asked if I would be there at 12pm for my scheduled appointment.I confirmed yes I would be there.Why then was I told I would need to wait for someone else to assist me upon my arrival? Why not inform me they were double booked and ask me to reschedule when we spoke that morning? I arranged for childcare of my infant so I could attend this appointment. I needed this time sensitive document notarized quickly and had hoped i could rely on this establishment to assist me with this. I waited awhile, but left after it became clear no one would be available to assist me in a timely manner and I needed to relieve the caregiver watching my child.Sadly it is true, Bank of America does not care about their customers or forming positive relations with their patrons. They care about profit. I will be finding another banking institution to assist me with my banking needs.

Wonderful experience! Mykaella was super super helpful and displayed some of the best customer service and professionalism that I've seen. They were busy so had to wait a little bit but the staff kept coming up and apologizing and were very attentive. Very pleasant experience all around.

Monica is very rude refused to deposit my check and says your personal info very loud allowing other customers to hear your info very awful experience called up Bank of America after and they were very surprised I was treated this way they have since escalated the situation

Worst customer service. The manager is willfully unhelpful. Can't make a debit card at this location, even a temp one - they will mail it to you! When I asked how can they leave customers without access to their money, they told me I can make a cash withdrawal. And from what I've read in other reviews they make it difficult to withdraw large sums of money - AND local branches have closed. Folks? It's 2022. This bank is sitting back in the early 1990s with its access to technology. It's disgraceful. How did this bank get so customers unfriendly? We kept our accounts due to the hassle of switching banks, but this final straw has given us the resolve needed to switch. Opening an account with a new bank and starting the process of switching deposits and auto-bill posts. Too bad this bank focus, on prioritizing big business over people.

I just asked to transfer money between business accounts. The worthless greeter at the door who’s nothing more than part of the non-stop sales effort there said “no appointment? Could be 30 minutes could be 3 hours” as he walked away. Ever try and call there? BOA has zero customer service don’t understand why anyone uses them with all the other options available.

The gentleman who works there probably was really tired today, because everything I asked for to be helped with, was dismissed with an excuse that he needs to get ready to his next appointment, when there is no one in the branch. Also, he did not understand what I needed and printed me a stack of useless papers. Poor service.

Good luck getting someone on the phone at this location, called for hours on multiple business days and nobody can be bothered to answer the phone. Fast, immediate online services are absolutely useless when they can't answer a simple question a person on the phone can. Matter of time before my business relationship with BofA comes to a close

All I need was to wire money. No one is sitting here just me and I had to wait over and hour, but then Oumkar came and apologized. He was such a great help when it came to finalizing my transaction. Thank you for making my transaction easy.

I think this location is under new management, they used to be really helpful. The lady at the front desk dismissed my issue and told me to call the number on the website. My phone is bad at making calls US mobile plans suck, but she refused to help me. The experience has me checking other options for my banking needs. Nobody should be treated like this.
