Whoever was the young man working in January 18th 2024, around 4:30pm, did a fantastic job and was beyond polite and helpful! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Excellent customer service. Very professional and patient (thanks Matt) so that you understand the process and all your pricing options. He also listens to make sure all your questions are answered and that any concerns…if any, are addressed. Communication is second to none which extends well after the service. That kind of service doesn’t seem to happen much these days. Office and shop are neat, clean and organized…which says a lot to me. Our new car looks amazing after being Ceramic Coated and looks better and better every day the more we look at it. I had my leased Subaru Ascent cleaned/detailed/touched-up prior to returning it to the dealership, after my 3 boys had their way with it (one of whom decided to engrave his name in the paint with a rock). Grant was not only able to touch up the paint, but provided a complete front to back and interior/exterior service that truly revitalized it. If you’re looking for quality, look no further. He’s also detailed an Indian motorcycle (Vintage Darkhorse) that I had, helped to keep it the head-turner it was. Highly recommended.”

He answered all of my questions i had and was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to know all the ins and outs of maintaining and protective vehicle services.When i had reached out to Shawn initially he had gotten back to me that same morning. “I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up!”

“I was traveling with my sister from NY to Maine and debris from the road disabled the car. Andrew recognized we were traveling. He got the car in in 10 minutes , put it up on the rack and checked out the damage. Within an Hour and a half he had repaired the exhaust and was very reasonable in his cost. I was so grateful and impressed at his compassion to understand the stress of traveling and breaking down.
