It’s wonderful to be able to walk in and be greeted by name. I have never had to wait in line, not once. I am very pleased with my choice of transitioning from the large drug store chain in town.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this pharmacy. I Switched from cvs and I never thought you could love a pharmacy and much as I love Auburn Pharmacy! V, the owner is so helpful and so friendly. The entire staff always goes above and beyond! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I rate Auburn Pharmacy beyond five starts. The customer service provided each and every time is exceptional! V does an excellent job greeting and engaging with every customer. He is very helpful when answering questions and more then willing to answer them even if you ask a million like me! V is quick to identify any insurance processing issue. Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to.

I never thought it would be possible to "love a pharmacy". Typically, pharmacies are transactional and most pharmacists are treated like glorified cashiers, they just want you out of their faces.Vrushank and his staff are the exception to this rule. They are personable, professional and sincerely care about you and your family.Vrushank has taken the time to resolve numerous problems (typically caused by my doctor's office), with little to no profit for himself or his business. He is professional, generous with this time and ensures his patients' needs are handled with care.If you have been thinking about transferring your prescriptions it's the easiest process ever.You will not find a better pharmacy or pharmacists than Vrushank and his staff.

I can't say enough about how helpful Auburn Pharmacy has been in resolving a very unique situation I had with respect to Covid vaccines. I had tried to find some answers but was unable to do so. The mass.gov website had a Covid helpline and they told me to ask my PCP. My PCP directed me right back to the Commonwealth. I then tried to find an answer through the CDC but still came up empty. When I explained my situation to the pharmacist at Auburn Pharmacy, he worked incredibly hard to find the information I needed and resolved what had been a very confusing situation.

Switched from CVS to Auburn Pharmacy and what a breath of fresh air!! They actually work to get your prescriptions covered for you, and if there are problems they work to get them resolved. They remember you by name, and you feel like a person rather than a number. Keep up the great work!!

This IS the best pharmacy ever. V is so helpful in so many ways. He has been helping us transition my mom to monthly pill packaging. He is so patient and supportive of her. He even offered to go to her Assisted Living Facility and help her with her first pack! He cares for his customers and is always there to help. I’m so thankful that we found Auburn Pharmacy. Thanks for all you do.
