Worst AAA experience ever. They no longer carry any travel materials in the locations. It is all about whatever they can make more money off of. Time to re-think paying for this service.

I would give zero stars if I could. I got locked out of my car on a 95 degree day. Set up the lockout service through the online setup. I was given an hour estimate for wait time. An hour later and I still had not even been assigned a service provider. I tried to call to speak to an actual human, but instead spoke to their automated call prompts, which reassured me that the fastest way to receive service would be to use the online setup (which I’d already done). At this point, an hour and a half had passed. I called my partner for help instead, but I left the service request open, just to see if they’d actually assign someone to help me. Three full hours from the time of placing my request for help, I still had not been assigned a service provider, at which point I cancelled my request. This is the first service request I’ve ever had with AAA and I could not be more disappointed. What is the point of paying for a service if you can’t speak to a human and have no clue if someone even knows you need help. If they had even given me a true eta, even if it had been multiple hours, I might not have been as upset, but this is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money on AAA.

Went in a few minutes ahead of set appt time, was greeted warmly, staff were exceptional and I was out of there within 10 minutes. Excellent way to handle RMV issues.

Went to get my new license, had an appointment, took only 10-15 minutes for what would take significantly more time at RMV!! Nice
