This store has gone downhill so fast in the last couple of years that it's truly mind-blowing. They rarely call you if there are issues with an order, they rely far too much on technology, and they regularly mess up your RX orders, or worse, you'll learn they're out of stock and no one bothers ordering more or telling you.
If the Doctor sends in a script that needs clarification, they don't bother to contact the doctor to fix the discrepancy and it invariably gets messed up.
They will call you if you have an expensive brand-name script that needs refilling, so a $1,500 a month script will warrant a call, but anything "generic" (and therefore much cheaper) is ignored.
The pharmacist and assistants are rude, blame everything on the computer, the doctor, or the distributor, and simply lie to your face when presented with a problem that they created.
Since almost all scripts are electronic, there's no paper trail. They just look at their screens and assure you that you're the idiot. Almost of all the issues I've encountered could have been fixed with a simple phone call to me (the patient) or the doctor.
And always count your schedule 2 or 3 medications. Short of you counting it in front of them at time of pickup, there's nothing you can do once it leaves the store. How do you prove a negative?
Prices in the store are what you'd expect: very expensive! Store is clean, hence the one star.

Make sure you count out the quantity of whatever prescription you pick up to be sure you have been given the full amount before leaving the pick up counter. Several times I have been shorted pills like prednisone, a few times with antibiotics, but today has been the best yet, and I'm going to have all my future prescriptions filled elsewhere. Today I picked up a prescription for my adhd medicine, and since I've been screwed over before at this pharmacy several times, I counted them when I got home. I ended up counting them three times and came up short one pill all three times. I called and the pharmacist had me hold while she did her count. She returned to tell me her count was right and "you weren't shorted." Well, yes I was shorted, and if there are other places to voice my complaint and/or report this I hope someone will let me know. It's only one pill, but I'm not a liar, and if I was lying I wouldn't be planning on doing as much complaining as I intend to do.

Very rude pharmacist. I was treated like a drug addict for asking questions about my medication. It would be nice if they could assume that their customers were there for help instead of there to get high.

The first time I’ve ever seen a happy pharmacist. Very polite and helpful, offered me free delivery and when I declined, the medication was ready on time. Verified allergies upon pickup and everything, would definitely recommend.

Had the Walgreen in Norton say a medication was in stock when it wasnt. When I called back and they informed me they told me I needed to call various storms to confirm whats in stock.I called the Attleboro walgreens and spoke with a woman who was very, unhelpful and hung up on me in the end before I was done speaking. Thanks for nothing.

Overall a good pharmacy. One drawback is the long wait at the drive through. Seems as though they are understaffed.

Sometimes I pull up to the drive through and wonder if anyone works here. Sometimes, I get a text, a call and an email saying the scripts are ready only to go there 45 minutes later and find out they are not ready yet. Like right now. I have been here for 20 minutes. The last 10 of which no one has shown up to the window. Line is getting awfully long now.Really need to swap everything out of this place. 26 minutes and being the first one in line to get a prescription that I was told 45 minutes prior ready for pickup. Absolutely insane. How do they stay in business?
