I booked an eye appointment here & am very satisfied with my experience. I was 20 minutes late the day of my appointment & they still made time to see me. The doctor was very thorough & kind. The rest of the staff were also professional & kind. The insurance piece was explained to me & I wasn’t pressured to buy glasses or contacts. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from. The store is very neat & organized. My glasses & contacts were ready for pick up in less than a week. Would definitely recommend for eye care ??

This place keeps sending promotional materials to my address for an ex that moved out 3 years ago. I have called multiple times and am still receiving letters.

The greeting I received was less than satisfactory. The receptionist wasn't helpful. Didn't even try to help me resolve my issue. The company changed insurance Ive been a client for several years would of liked to be informed when I made my appointment. The eye exam ws great the Doctor was very attentive.

Everyone is so nice and helpful recommend you go to them from the time you walk in to the doctor to picking out your glasses they really do treat you like family

Rositslava Trifonova is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered here. I've been going here for 2 years and I think I'm gonna change locations because of her. SO DISRESPECTFUL. I have never met anyone with such horrible customer service.

Rositslava trifonova is by fair the rudest woman ive ever met and scammed my wife into buying contacts AFTER she was told she can pick up a set of trial contacts with out ordering contacts after another employee was going to give them to us. HIGHLY recommended not to go here

The entire visit was completed in a timely manor. Staff was very patient with me when it came time to “try on” 100 glasses. ?. The entire staff at Visionworks showed me a profess and personal honest options which is greatly appreciated.
I feel as though the entire staff are all deserving a bonus. Thank you all for being here for me!
