“Had a positive experience here renting a moving van. Eric was efficient and thorough! Top notch customer service from when I first called to confirm the rental to driving it off the lot. The back door was jammed shortly after I picked it up and Eric was really helpful. He talked me through getting the back door closed and exchanged the van.”

“Dealt with Stephen and he was super accommodating. Explained everything for me to the T and fixed the mistakes of a previous location that I had a bad experience with. He kept my son occupied gave him toys and a box truck toy to play with to keep him distracted. He made me feel super comfortable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to rent or storage to deal with him you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED and i promise you there is no catch. “I can only comment on the propane refill service as, that is all I used.I drove into the parking lot and easily found the propane service area. I went inside to let the staff know I was there and paid for my refill.Within minutes a female staff member was at the propane tank quickly filling up my tank.I would say overall it took about ten minutes - I would come here for propane again. Price was slightly cheaper than my usual place.”
“This place has everything under the sun. Not only is it a U-Haul rental facility, they have an on-site deli liquor store hardware store. Food store place is awesome. Employees were great. Prices were fair. I will definitely be back. Again, thank you for such a positive experience. No”

“Overall the process of renting a 10 foot truck was relatively straight forward at the East Providence/ Broadway U-Haul. I was able to make and then modify the reservation online, and/or over the phone. When I showed up, I was able to do the paperwork relatively quickly. The young man who helped me was pleasant, but I think he could have come out briefly to the truck with me to go over a few things like how to open and lock the sliding door to the storage area of the truck, where to tie things down, how to operate the AC, how the gas cap just opens manually, etc. I was able to figure them out, but it should be a regular courtesy part of the rental.”
“The two employees were very welcoming and helpful! Everything was explaining thoroughly when picking up the rental and they also helped me learn more about their business and how it operates. Definitely recommend this Uhaul!!”
