Well, it's the last gas station before you start heading up to the mall and beyond. That might not seem like a big deal, but anyone who lives over here can tell you that after Thanksgiving you can spend 35 minutes getting up past the mall, so if you need gas it's a perfect stop. The staff is always nice and it's never a bad experience, which if you consider how many gas stores there are around here is Important, cause I'll blacklist a place for an attitude anytime... Lol

I got a oil change an a new air filter I was out in 20-25mins. I got to stay in my car while they was servicing my car. I had a all around great & positive experience. They had great choices of oil packages to choose from just for my car! and it was inexpensive for the quickness and quality! In my opinion it was a great value! I will come here often they're service was next level!

Phenomenal service from Triple Play Car Wash detailing service team. I am speechless for how amazing their team detailed my car that had been recovered after being stolen for a week. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for all their hard work. They brought my car back to life, and more. The interior and exterior now look polished. Thank you Triple Play Car Detailing Team for forever earning my trust as your loyal customer forevermore.

I know I wrote a positive review before, and I will leave it to show my relationship with the company and how it has been for the last few years. I have been coming for an oil change for over four years, which I will continue to do. Their oil changes are reasonable and they fix little things during them with your permission. They will offer to sell you new wipers and replace them, and they sometimes pump your tires. The oil change staff is always nice, so I always tip and recommend them to my friends. However, I am disappointed in my recent experience with Triple Play. I called to inquire about an oil change this morning, as this is where I get them. I drive a smaller car, and always keep it clean. I just like to get it detailed yearly for clarity. They told me the new price was $300 for a detail. This is $100 more than what it usually costs me here. I don't see the value in paying $300 for a detail on a car that is already very clean and just needs some extra TLC. They also told me I couldn't make an appointment over the phone, and that I had to schedule an appointment in person. It wasn't until I told them that I live a 35 minute drive away that they transferred me to the detailing department to schedule me in. Needless to say, while I may still consider triple play for my oil changes and car washes, I will definitely be looking around for a new detailer.

I initially was very excited about this place and had good luck. i think that the upshot of the decline of this place is that the untimely and unfortunate passing of co-owner Terrence largely has let this place slip into a deplorable state. I never have driven very much and rarely drive since the pandemic began. My car always is garaged at home. My penultimate touch-free car wash several years ago was not very good. Terrence explained that it does not do a very good job. He readily refunded my money. I got another touch-free car wash roughly two years ago, and it went well. I returned yesterday. The first difference is that I strongly recall a detailed description of the various washes at the gas pump, which allows you the option of paying there for the wash. My memory is that it was on the screen of the pump, but it might have been on a card on top of the pump. The only description was in the middle of the island with the pumps. My back was to it, and I did not see it until after I bought the wash. I used blind faith in picking the $30 home run car wash, using reasoning that included that that was my first car wash in two years. The first issue was that I learned on pulling around the corner that the touch-free car wash was not operating. Had I known that, I would not have bought the car wash. Merely putting a hand-written sign on the pump would have solved that problem. Having no other choice, I pulled to the traditional car wash. My issues included angst about squeezing my tires in the tracks and my car getting scratched. I have not used this type of wash for at least five years. Despite no cars being ahead of me and the wash being idle, I waited several minutes for an attendant. Even then, I had to roll down my window to ask which gear I should be in. He told me neutral and to keep my foot off the brake, which I otherwise might not have done. The attendant added that the touch-free wash frequently broke down. The first noted problem was that my driver's side mirror was pushed in. I am very glad both that I noticed that and had a red light at which to fix it before getting on the highway. I also saw that my right-hand mirror was in the correct position but that the reflective part had been tilted toward my car. That required having my right-side camera on most of my drive home. The car looked very clean when I got home. Getting into my car today, I noted a whole line of water spots along the entire driver's side. I presume that the spots also are on the other side. I called the wash and asked for a manager. Jose in detailing did not identify himself as a manger but asked what was going on. His response was that the wash did push in mirrors, which never had been my experience, and that cars needed to be wiped down after a wash. He told me that the car wash does not have people to wipe down the car. The touch-free option has a blow-dryer and every other traditional car wash that I have gone through have had people wipe down the cars. I think that paying $30 for a car wash would have entitled me to that. Jose refused to either refund my money or to e-mail or mail me a code for a wash. He said that I would need to return in the next few weeks and to ask him for a code. This amounted to my buying an expensive car wash on good faith, learning after the fact that my selected form of car wash was unavailable, having the ensuing problems, and then being required to call ahead to ask if Jose was working, drive to the car wash for a wash that I did not need, park the car and go inside to see Jose, and then get in my car and drive around to the car wash. This evokes thoughts of the one time that I got my car detailed there for $300. At the time, I wondered why the guy who helped me kept talking to me and telling me how much he liked my car. I realized after the fact that he was angling for a tip. Sorry, Dude. I had just paid $300 essentially for a thorough car wash; you ain't gonna get nothin' from me.

I have been going to Triple Play for awhile now to get my oil changes. Usually top notice with no problems. Recently when I went there was a very young crew with no supervision. I got by oil changed and a month later noticed oil leaks on my garage floor. I took my car to a reputable mechanic who let me know that my oil filter was not properly installed. I lost almost 2 quarts of oil. My motor could have been permanently ruined if I didn't address this when I did. On a positive note I did reach out to the owner who was very nice and offered to reimburse me for the oil change. I just wanted to let him know that this happened and it could happen to someone else. I understand that good help is hard to find, but there should be better supervision. My car could have totally been ruined for one little error with an oil change.

Gas station restroom is filthy the employee just sits behind the counter and acted as if your bothering her as she's on her phone even when she decided to attend to you she still was into her phone with her earbuds in her ear and a attitude. You can go down the street and get better service and a clean establishment. I use to like coming here but after the owner passed away it went downhill. Nobody cares anymore about the place.
