I have a third party warranty (which is a pain to deal with). Silver was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with information needed to fill out the forms properly and be sure I had what I needed for my tire to be replaced. With the many questions and calls he never once became annoyed or frustrated with me. I also worked with Adam who was very professional and courteous advising me with what I needed for my vehicle. I will always return to Town Fair with any of my tire/wheel needs.”

“I am a BJ's member and I usually shop at the store in Seekonk, MA, but sometimes when I am in the Attleboro area, I stop at this location. I went to get some paper towels and I was surprise on how much they have gone up, in two years (before and post pandemic), the price has gone up close to 50%. It still is a deal compared to other options (unless they have a really good sale), but know your unit price !!!! This store is kind of hard to get to as it is not easy to see from the road, you have to get behind a strip mall and drive up a small hill to get to...still it's a good deal if you know your unit prices.”

“The mechanics/personnel at this Firestone went above and beyond to help me get my tire replaced same day. I have low pro tires on my vehicle and they are not easy to find apparently as I had been trying to find one for two days. I called this location and the gentleman I spoke to saw there was one (my lucky day!) but he went so far to physically check the inventory to be sure. I arrived shortly after confirming it was available, they took my information and got to work on my tire right away after explaining I was trying to get it done asap so I could get to work on time. The mechanics/front team are professional, efficient and kind. The manager (I presume) and I even had a funny chat about music as I commented I was "at the age" that I had no idea whom was performing on the show that was on. In a world of chaos it was just really nice to have a very human interactions with the wonderful staff at this Firestone. I will always bring my business here in the future. Cheers.”
