Terrible company. Took my money the same day I scheduled the service. No information or direction was given when I booked the service. when I asked questions Jeff was rude and dismissive. When I finally got my car after one week it was filthy inside and out and smelled nasty inside. Grease stains were on the inside of front leather seats. Had to have the car detailed to get the stink out. Would never ever use this service.

I was recently towed by one of your trucks... #124, Angel was the driver...First let me tell you, I have been a Class A driver for 36 years. I was a manager at a Light and Heavy Wrecker Service for 11 years. So I pretty well know things...Angel towed me from Uxbobo, MA to Providence, RI.From the minute he got there till he dropped off my T/T he showed nothing less than being a professional. He methodically hooked my set for transport, Professionally made all his route executions ( turns) his personal demeanor was positive at all times.You truly have a keeper there.I only wish I had drivers like Angel when I was at the tow company...D.
