I always have a great experience when I shop at this Staples store in South Attleboro. I’m always greeted when I walk in and there is always someone available and very knowledgeable when I have a question about an item.
Great Job to the Staples Team!

I’m always satisfied when going to Staples but this visit was exceptional. The young lady that helped us at the checkout counter was so very patient, kind, well-mannered. She made sure we found everything we were looking for. She was very accommodating and truly made a big difference in our shopping experience. My only regret was not getting her name so I could mention her by name.

Using the self serve copy machine for only black and white copies, watch out. Without knowing it you may pay a lot more than you should. The copier preselects color copies, more costly. You can change the option to black and white for a much lesser price. You'll thank me.

Wow asked 2 employees if they had a printer in stock and if not at the other stores. Was like talking to 2 zombies. Very sad customer experience I walked out pretty sure I'll never walk into a staples again. Amazon for these items in the future.

I bought a desk chair wand the protection plan from Staples. It broke a year later. Who saves their receipts for a year?..The process was exhaustive. Very difficult BUT Megan at the from desk was incredibly helpful. She hung with me during the whole process, helping me whenever she could which was often. I got a new chair but would have givem up if it wasn't for Megan. You have a valuable employee and should reward her accordingly.

Elliot was a great help when I was interested in purchasing a new printer. He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and I left there completely satisfied with my purchase! Definately ask for him when you need help!

First you need to extend store closing hours. 8pm is to early all other staples branches closes at 9pm second i was there yesterday at 7:56pm your employee ran towards to the door to told me that we are closed very rudely i was there just for in and out thing 100% it would took me 2 minutes this store will never get my business yeah you don’t care but I wasn’t the only one you will see this store will close down because these type of employees.

Manager denied to provide service don’t want to print my picture sowing company policy to print not giving permission to print 2*2 size picture.if company policy that company not making that kind of policy what is people can’t print any size picture.

Poor customer service. First time here. Lines out to the door. One cashier. Several customers at print station/ amazon return with one staff person. Instructed me to go around to help me at Amazon desk then ended up not helping me and taking other customers.

THANK YOU SETH! Had good laughs. Great attitude while solving a problem I thought could not be solved and basically changed the outcome of lifelong storage problems that partially ruined me. Give him a raise. I’m teary eyed. Feels like I can see the light at the end of a long tunnel but I don’t want to jinx myself. There is a girl who works here named Megan who reminds me of Alex from HRH Collection on YT and I literally adore her. Laughing with her feels good. Give her a raise as well. Toodles!
