“I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service provided by Nashley and Nico during my recent visit to the Ecco outlet in Wrentham on Thursday, the 14th.As a long-time Ecco customer, I walked into the store wearing my old Ecco shoes. I inquired with Nashley if she had the same shoes in stock. With a quick glance, a warm smile, and a professional demeanor, she located a pair of shoes that fit me perfectly. I was impressed by her extensive knowledge of the inventory, including the stock that had been delivered that morning.Both Nico and Nashley were really helpful in answering our questions and helping us find exactly what we needed and we ended up purchasing 7 pairs of shoes and they helped with an online order of an additional pair that wasn't available in the store.”

“I walked into this Garage store, mainly because my husband's niece used to work here and she was always saying good things about the store and the brand. I looked around for something for one of my nieces and I found a lot of really nice "young" fashion. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to other stores that cater to young females, but the look and the styles are definitely different and a bit more trendy. Garage primarily targets fashion for young women. Founded in 1975 as a subsidiary of Groupe Dynamite, Garage currently has locations in Canada and the United States. The first store opened in Quebec in 1975 and in 2007, they opened their first stores in the USA. Now many American malls have Garage clothing stores.”

“I've been searching around home for a place that sells Puma products and can never find one. I went on vacation from Canada this last week and stumbled upon this Puma Outlet in Wrentham. I was beyond excited to see an actual Puma store. I got discouraged as there wasn't alot of size XXXL and size 13 shoes out but thought I'd ask if they had any of those sizes in the store. The guy working left the floor and came out with a huge box of XXXL shirts that were all on sale for 7$! Then I asked for size 13 shoes and a woman went into the back and came out with the pair I wanted for 27$. Another staff member showed me polo shirts and sweaters all on sale for no more than 20$ each. I met the manager and she was incredibly nice and polite. I absolutely loved my experience at this store and will definetly go back again to buy from Wrentham Puma. I spent 260$ in Canadian money at the store and totalled up if everything was full price in Canada it would have been over 800$. This store is amazing with massive sales available and an awesome crew of workers.”
“I had exceptional customer service from Nick during a visit with my son yesterday. With Nick's help we tried on many pairs of work shoes; however they didn't fit as well as a pair we had gotten a year and a half ago that was not in the store any more. Nick took the time to find the model # of the shoe, call another store to check on stock, and set them up to be shipped to us. Best customer service I've had in a long time--thank you!”

“There is a great selection of clothes and good deals on quality products. They have many fitting rooms which helps keep the wait to get in during busy hours down. They also always seem to have a staff member outside the fitting rooms. They'll direct you to an open room and you can hand anything that doesn't fit to them when you leave. As someone who is a fan of Under Armour products but doesn't like the high prices I typically see, this outlet is a great place to shop.”

“Exceptional service! I wish I was able to remember the lady who helped me. (Long brown hair in a ponytail, wearing glasses) She took the time to find me the best curvy petite dress pants and brought them to the dressing room, multiple times. Excited to go back for more great prices!”

“Beth at the Merrell shoe outlet in Wrentham is fantastic! She greeted us as we entered, and was very helpful in finding the right sizes and styles. There was a promotion going on - buy one pair and get two other pairs for half-price - such a deal! Beth made sure we knew about this - I mentioned that I am a "Merrell girl", having worn them for years, especially at work before I retired. They feel wonderful on my feet. I ended up with three great pairs of shoes. On our way out of the store, my husband finally noticed all of the mens' styles near the door - he had to try them on, and ended up with three pairs for himself, too. It was worth making the trip to Wrentham from Ashland MA, even on a rainy day. Thank you, Beth!”
“Great deals, however, inventory and pricing is hit or miss. You need to go regularly for good finds. Example a $49.00 Nike shirt might be $35.00, but that’s not a great deal. Sometimes you can find that same shirt for $15.00, perhaps in another rack. It’s more like a yard sale where you need to rummage through what’s there and hope you find a win.”

“I'm a big fan of everything Reebok, their excellent prices, manufacturing, and how they make many things. Got a nice pair of wide width sneakers which is important that a brand makes wide width because having anything narrow is way too snug and uncomfortable. Prices are reasonable also, many sneakers less than $100 here. The importance of customer service this place has also I believe. Highly recommend”
“Went in for a pair of work shoes and found a extremely comfortable pair of Sketchers! I went to every other shoe store in the mall and rack room has the best variety of choices! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they do not have many options for wide feet. Which I needed. Luckily I browsed around and found something. I will be back for another pair. The pricing is super reasonable compared to the other shoe stores in the mall! They also have BOGO half off on select pairs! Sales associate immediately helped me upon entering.”

Madison the store manager went above & beyond to find the item which happened to be a Halloween costume that was sold out at mostly all the store locations (which is why I ordered online) at another store.
