“Had my 40' delivered this am (Aug. 2024). Delivery and set up was as promised. Erick was professional and very courteous and an excellent driver. He setup the container in the precise location and got it nearly level.

“The only reason I'm dropping down to four stars is that extra space storage raises their prices. The prices should stay as is if you check the tax records on this building the employees are getting paid it just doesn't add sense. Something has to give corporate has to start saying once a person is locked in pastor price for the next 5 years...,... That's why I'm giving you a four star ⭐ extra space storage managers should get together and stop saying we're not going to raise the prices for our clients we want our clients but you guys are good for me I'm leaving you guys at 4 stars”

“I use Extra Space Storage, in Plainville Ma, for one month every year. We go in at the end of November into the beginning of December. Joanne is always very polite, accommodating and professional and the units are always spotless. I will always go back to this facility, for all of those reasons. I highly recommend them, they are a five star in my book”

“I'm giving five stars, but if there was a way to give me more I would. These stars are for the truly kind and knowledgeable gentleman that works there. His name is Sir. Wow Sir is on of those people that when you talk to him it feels like you gave known him for years. He knew exactly how to answer all of my questions and laughed at my silly stories. I hope he sees this or is told how great of a job he is doing. Some storage units don't feel safe, but this place he followed protocol by locking his office when he left to help ppl and made sure the door was closed to the units so no could enter without codes. Sir thank you being such a pleasure to talk to. Customer services is the key to making any establishment great and I feel lately that is lacking in most places. This place gets a 10/10 because of SIR!! THANK YOU!”

“The manager Alexis was such a sweet girl. I went thru a really hard time last year, I was homeless and naturally needed to put some things away until I solved the issue. When I went back to get my things I couldn’t fit it all in my teeny car. With it being so far away fro my new apt I can’t go back & she waived the fee for me. They were great. I was late on payments a few times & she always worked with me. There’s some really nice people here.”

“I am in the process of moving and chose Norton Self Storage due to location. I am so glad I did! I had to put a few things in storage urgently and had to return the U-Haul the same day. Fortunately, Phil and Joanne came to the rescue. They came to the office after hours to help check me in. They helped me assess which unit worked best for my needs. More importantly, when they realized I had a few big things to move on my own, they immediately offered to help. Phil and Joanne helped me move my 250 lbs mattress in addition to a number of boxes. It wasn’t that they were providing great customer service, they genuinely care. I highly recommend this company for any of your storage needs.”

“We used Olympia Moving for and in town move today and had just the best experience! The movers were so friendly and accommodating when we asked questions or made suggestions. They assembled and disassembled a complex loft bed with ease and accuracy. They moved our entire house in approximately 4ish hours - we were in awe! However their professionalism and demeanor was most impressive! Trust me - we shopped around for movers and the price was competitive and fair but definitely well spent. Use Olympia movers!!!!”

“Have rented U-Haul trucks here for business (of which they have a good inventory as well as a few trailers). Brad is very friendly, helpful and organized when it comes to processing your rental going out and checking it back in. The facility is large and has a variety of storage options from unheated to conditioned storage and is easy to get to off Washington Street. If you need a U-Haul or storage in the local Franklin-Bellingham-Mendon-Wrentham region this is a good place to consider.”
