I went today with my daughter to get pedicures. Walking in, the place was dirty. The nail polish was clumpy as she was applying it and it did not dry well. They also didn't file my nails or clean the toes as usual. I was so upset we paid 38 each. I will not be back or recommend this place.

I am very unhappy and have a very unhappy 11yo girl. I took my daughter and two friends to the salon, made an appointment the day before and showed up 15 minutes early, not expecting to be taken right away. They seemed confused and upset that we didn't want pedicures as well as manicures, but we proceeded. The girls picked their colors and two of the girls went with one artist, my daughter with the other. The two girls had a great experience although the first one got the more expensive gels without the artist checking with me before proceeding. My daughter however had a terrible experience. She asked for her cuticles to not be cut, but the artist cut them and damaged her fingernail beds. She is bleeding right now. Then the artist asked about gels and I said no and she got so mad that she did a horrible job with the polish AND gripped my daughters fingers way too hard, which she didn't tell me until later. I will never go back. From other bad reviews I've read here, I'm assuming it's the same person.
The thing is, my daughter requested this salon which she went to with her girl scout troop last year and had a fabulous experience. I am not impressed and my cut and bleeding kid is really mad about her treat being ruined. I have another salon I love, but she specifically wanted to go here. What a disappointment. Don't bother answering, I will never call you.

If you need your nails done, Hanna is the person to go to. My mom was a loyal customer at her previous place of employment and now currently takes her business to sassy nails because this is where Hanna is now. She is extremely professional, friendly and highly skilled. She makes each visit a wonderful experience. My mom never has any complaints. She wouldn't trust anyone else with her nails! Highly recommend!

I literally just got to my car and had to write a review! I haven't had a pedi that was as relaxing and not rushed whatsoever like this in YEARS! It was worth every penny!

Kim did a great job with my nails. I love this place because you can book your appointment online so you don’t need to wait. Friendly staff with new massage chairs everything is clean. And they have great colors!
