Technician was professional. The scheduling was a problem. They overbooked him the first day, so had to schedule for 2 days later. They overbooked him again so he missed his 4 hour arrival window, arriving 1 hour late. Wasted my morning. Not the technician's fault. He did a good job once he arrived.

Went in for a windshield replacement on my VW Jetta and the tech that did my service has no sense of integrity or common decency. At first, I noticed a big gap between my rear view mirror and the trim and the rear view was placed significantly lower than before. I turned around went right back and I asked him what’s up, he tried to “fix it” and stated it is just the aftermarket glass not lining up because of my rain sensing and that there are special clips that aren’t sitting correctly together anymore. Then I noticed the black tape and adhesive. He said it was okay the mirror won’t fall and the sensing is hooked up. This man cracked my rear view mirror and put tape on it, sent me on my way and went about his day not saying anything at all about it when he literally damaged my vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous and most unprofessional service I’ve ever had. I’m offended he even decided to tape my car up like I wouldn’t notice, couldn’t have the decency to come let me know and attempt to remedy the situation? Customers beware!!! You’ll try getting a new windshield and come out with more issues than you went in with. On top of that, gave my white car back dirty and nasty with pieces of adhesive, plastic, and glass all over. With quality service you would expect getting your car back in better shape than it went in. Try a different safelite if you have to, but definitely not this one!
I am waiting for my claim to process and will update if they give me my OEM windshield and correct their mess up, wondering how long this will take.

Absolutely dreadful. Told to head there at four to get my window wrapped to hold me over until my appointment, only to find that all of the lights were off, and building closed. Spoke with the call center on two occassions, and was told the manager Matt was there, as I was pulling on a locked door. Was told twice that district management would contact me last night and this morning……still waiting.
Definitely cancelling the service and going with a reputable provider.

Had a great experience. Awesome communication before, after, and during the servicing. The job was completed within the time frame that I was quoted. The technicians even replaced the sticky stuff that the EZ Pass transponder is attached to.

Disappointing experience.I went in for a windshield replacement and the molding was not installed property, almost falling off while driving on the highway.Brought it back to be reinstalled and the car sat for two days with no updates, only for me to find out it was ready when I drove up to the store.Why didn’t I call first? Because no one ever picks up. Disappointing.

I can never recommend anyone to Safelite Autoglass in Attleboro. They charge me all that money and did a horrible job. They manager there, Matt or whatever his name is, never return any of my calls.. I’m driving with all these pieces of glass in my truck, I’m driving and hearing the pieces of glass moving around. Safelite claim that they don’t have the equipment to take those pieces of glass out. You guys should have told me from the beginning, I could have went somewhere else. Now I have to pay more money somewhere else to get those pieces of glass out.

Just had my windshield replaced…covered by my insurance which was a huge relief. Staff was awesome and efficient. I will give them my business always. They are the best.

Excellent experience at this location for my Audi Q5. I needed a windshield replacement and everyone from the manager to the technician were friendly and professional. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be (two hours) and I appreciate the text notifications with links to the invoice, camera certification, etc. Thank you for making it a painless experience.
