I had come into Rumford looking for a particular type of litter I was asked to get by my vet so they could do some tests on my cat. After speaking with the employee at the register and going through the aisle together, it seemed they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. However, they were very knowledgeable and offered me a couple alternatives they used with their on pet that I could try instead to basically get the results I was looking for. I am delighted to say it worked perfectly and I am very thankful for the employee's help! I really wish I had decided to take the receipt so I could name the person who helped me out in this review but instead, I'll just say: thank you to the sweet young person with glasses working Monday evening that helped me over by the litter!I will definitely be coming back for the amazing selection, great prices, and wonderfully sweet staff.

Staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable. And always helpful went looking for suggestions with products. Cannot go wrong. I normally go to the Is north attleboro location.

I absolutely LOVE Rumford Pet. All of the employees are very friendly, their reward programs are very helpful, and the online ordering is spot on. Combine all of those things with it being a small business, and you've got a winner. I highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I have been shopping here for the better part of 2 years. They have always been kind and helpful, always had what I was looking for, and had high quality toys that didn't break from the insane beati by they take from my husky. They tell you about their own personal experiences with the products if you are still unsure. If I could give them a 6/5 I would. They have earned by business forever!

Their staff is so knowledgeable about their dog food and answers to any of my questions. They’re prices may be a little higher but you get the best customer service!!

Brought my dog in to use the self bathing station this past week. Very clean and tidy place! The staff were very nice and accommodating. My dog did not love the bath but it went as well as it could! Definitely recommend this place!

We go here for our dog and they are the best. They make us feel at home in their store not like Petco! They make recommendations on certain products that are healthy for our labradoodle and is much appreciated!
