“My family went here to obtain our passports for the very first time and we would have been LOST without our main man David working the desk here at the post office. Too bad I don't know his last name - I know he mentioned there's three Davids working there (I only know bc that's only my son's father's name lol). But seriously he made the experience so much easier for us. ? He was awesome with every customer he helped.”

“Russell, out Mail Carrier, does a great job. Postal service often has Carriers do double routes. Post office workers in our town are friendly and helpful. Not sure why people are complaining. It is a classic small town post office with great front-line employees”
“A clerk here saved my life today. Very efficient and helpful. I had a notice left to pick up a package but the notice had no information on it and had this post office’s address on it, even though I think we usually go through the other downtown post office. The woman checked the computer and called around and found the package at the other post office. They close early so I will have to go tomorrow and end this saga, but I am so grateful to her!”
“Normally wouldn’t write a review about a post office lol but I just had the best experience! Was having issues with a package and was pretty upset but Jessica turned my day around with her compliments and generosity. “Always had great and polite service from this post office. Been a few years since I used them regularly, but my recent experience was still top-notch. There's plenty of P.O boxes available if your looking. They also have a great selection of packaging and cards. Easy access and plenty of parking.”
“I think the Postal Service industry as a whole is in a shambles... People don't respect the Pen now that everything's a click away and it's truly a shame...You couldn't pay me to put mail into the 5 mailboxes in RI.
That being said, I've lived at the same address for 8 years and the N Prov/Johnston customer service In Person, is a customer service nightmare. Don't bother asking or waiting for the Postmaster to call...He didn't but I did have to drive to Johnston to pick up my mail ~ Maybe she just enjoyed seeing my face??
I have recently begun coming to the North Station on Smith St. There's a customer service agent here who is not only great at but seems to actually like her job... Amazing!! And I fell in love with the "Tree of the Month", It's Christmas collides with the 4th of July ❤️”

Parking is adequate for the size of this P.O. and there is a huge parking lot connected to theirs if it happens to be full.”

“Stopped in today to send out some Christmas cards. The line was almost out the door, but in typical fashion the works got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. Every time I've gone to this location it has been a positive experience. The worker are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and any review on here that claims otherwise is just dead wrong. I moved about 15 minutes away this past year and still travel to this specific location when I need postal services because of the workers they have. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated!”
