My poor mother and grandmother had to have a verification of address for a company that helps the elderly with their gas. Sadly they received a poor image of the address they needed. can you imagine such a scenario? In a desperate move they came to this location to help print out a legible document. Mom told me they were the most amazing people who gave it their best shot. These folks were patient with my family who are seriously technically uninformed. Thankfully it was a happy ending. Whatever magic that needed to happen worked and my grandmother was approved the help she desperately needed. Thank you so much. My mom told me the whole saga this morning. Writing this review was a pleasure. Please know your help was not only generous but may have been life saving.

I called Pleasant Printing Company to see if a rush-order, 24-hour turnaround project for 100 shirts was possible after a failed delivery from another printer - totally understandably, it was not possible, but they went out of their way to call me back and direct me to other local printers who might be able to help. I really appreciate their kindness and will give them a call if I ever need to print something in the MA-area.

I only gave them one star because I can't give no stars. I would not recommend this printing company to anyone. I had digital prints done about 2 weeks ago. They were for a showing in an art gallery. I asked for 16 x 24 for one, 16 x 20 for the other. I got both printed as 16 x 24 and had to hand cut the 16 x 20 piece at home with scissors because I did not have enough time to get it printed somewhere else. I decided to give them another shot. I sent an email with a link to files to be printed and got no response. 2 days later I called the store, had to walk the person through finding my email in their junk folder and was told the order was being taken to the manager for a price quote. I heard nothing. 2 days later I called the store to inquire about the status of my order. They said they never received my email and that the person who dealt with me had gone home before the store closed. I am not holding my breath for a response tomorrow. If you like having to chase down a printing company to even respond to you, this is the place for you. If you feel you have the right to respect and good service as a paying customer, find somewhere else to take your hard earned money and important business to.

This company is well-run by friendly people who go above and beyond to help their customers. Their prices are better than big box stores and their customer service can't be beat! They have helped resolve file issues when prints turned out blurry (which was not their fault nor their responsibility to try to help resolve). They are sympathetic to those who are covid high risk and even have a drive thru pickup window. All the people I've talked with over the course of several projects have been knowledgeable and easy to work with. I think many businesses use this printer for their needs. I'm just an everyday person with smaller print jobs needing usually between 10 to 90 of something, yet they treat my needs just as important as any others. Highly recommend!

I've had my annual photo calendar (qty ~100) printed here the last two years. The prices are reasonable and the turnaround time is good. I started calendars years ago and went with bigger online places at first. The quality here is better (at least at my price point) and it's nice that they are local enough that I can physically pick up the calendars.

Fortunately for me the printing company I usually use was to busy to get my tri-fold pamphlets done and i gave Pleasant Printing a shot. It was a great experience and i will be using them for all of my work in the future.
