Terrible customer service, movers damaged my wall.Afterwards forced me to pay them through cashapp instead of the professional mobile card reader he was supposed to use. Contacted all my sons via phone and email and submitted my claim with photo evidence and screenshots of payment and they began to ignore every message, it has been well over one month since our last communication. Highly recommend against using this moving company.

I give this company 0 stars! They couldn't get the time right kept changing it. We're very nice when they gave the quote . Movers Emanuel and Wally were great. We get to my new place and they hand me the phone to settle up with the owner. Who quoted me hundreds more than originally. When i questioned the amount he started babbling . Then must've thought he was on hold cause he said this woman is an a--hole. Seriously? I never got a receipt called several times they didn't answer called on my husbands phone and they picked right up. Called again after being hung up on and transferred to 10 people the owner said nicely I'll email the receipt no problem. Still waiting for the receipt . If they have nothing to hide why can't they give you an itemized bill. The owners and office people are so rude! Run from this company!!! and I'm now disputing with the bank for fraudulent charges. Horrible! Save yourself the headache from this loser company!!

Company lied about cost. They quoted a price, then switched it to way higher when I called to confirm. They were rude saying it's because of a TX call center and "apartments" are different in TX call centers than MA so it's more expensive than they thought( about 200 an hour compared to 160 an hour) . Thank god I'm switching before I move with them. BEWARE OF SCAMS

Didn't want to give even one star!! Wow, apparently there is no training on how to pack. And judging from the customer service received from Jeff, owner of the Portland, OR All My Sons, there is no training on customer service either. Just a few examples: Glasses were put on their sides next to other glasses, no wrapping or protection. Ceramics put in next to metal and glass picture frames (again no wrapping), artwork rubbing together, Sleep Number beds re-assembled incorrectly, resulting in a needed house call by Sleep Number (Yes, they knew there were 2 sleep number beds and we were assured they knew how to handle these). The results were horrific. One of a kind and irreplaceable items ruined, several artwork frames with gashes, not just a scratch. Oh, and there were 2 large gashes in the drywall in one room that they didn't mention to us. Oh, and when I asked the crew to wait until the beds reset (after I called Sleep number for them) they refused. That's when I called Jeff, who said they only did the beds as a courtesy and it wasn't their responsibility. After some discussion and him accusing me of holding his crew hostage, he simply hung up on me. And their driver simply wouldn't deal with any issue. His line was "I'll send you the link to file a claim." Sounded like that happens often.

I can't select my rating because they all seem to be positive. I would go at least a minus five. When I called them, I told them any day would be good. He said I will give you a slow day and a good deal.And they would call me two days before to confirm it.I gave them my deposit.The deal was one forty nine, an hour, one hour minimum, and one hour for travel.I made my plans and set it up. I was moving a wood stove from someone else's house to mine. It was all set and ready to go.When they call back the deal change completely.It was too late for me.It went up to 160 an hour. 1 and 1/2 hour traveling and a 2 hour minimum.It went from a $300 job to $556.Nothing about them was professional..I highly do not recommend them.

the movers who came did their job, however for the time and price, I feel like it was high.Some misrepresenting of quote/cost, drivers went to wrong address, extra 30+ minutes paid for, not exactly hustling for moving from 1 small apartment to another.I used Allied movers previously, in comparison, I see the difference in movers who are getting job done in timely and professional manner.We requested some credit back for the extra 15 minutes charged for time, and then 30 minutes they were lost. No response from owner, this is not the way to do business when you want a satisified customer in my opinion. Lesson learned.

The worst moving experience of my life. I wish I had done some research before I hired them. First, this company is very dishonest. They give you one quote over the phone and then overcharged you at the end. The charged me $800 to move only 4 pieces of furniture to a storage unit 0.5 miles away. They said they charge for gas and time and labor. It took them less than 30 mins to move things out of the apartment and drove another 5 mins to a storage unit. How much gad could you have used to move 0.5 miles? Also, in the final bill the charged me for materials I never used. I had my own wrapper for the mattress and they charged me for theirs. Horrible. Extensive damage to numerous furniture items with zero reimbursement. Movers were in a rush and "wanted" a gratuity before they moved items!

This company is extremely DISHONEST and crooked. I feel like I was just robbed. I hired them to help load a Uhaul van with my furniture from a studio apartment. For 2 hours of labor plus 1 hour of transportation they quoted me $580. They said if we didn't have boxes/moving supplies they would use their supply and charge us for what they used. I asked how much that usually costs and Michelle told me for an average move it costs aprox. $80, which seemed reasonable. It ended up taking 3 hours so I was expecting a mildly higher charge however they charged me $1400 and then said that $700 was for materials used (boxes/bubblewrap/packing paper/tape). The price more than doubling because of "materials used" was never EVER told to me before I signed the agreement. So dishonest. This company is comprised of crooks.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by All My Sons Moving Company in Attleboro. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this company based on my personal experience.First and foremost, they did not show up on time as promised. We had scheduled the move well in advance and were assured that the movers would arrive promptly. However, they failed to honor their commitment, causing a great deal of inconvenience and stress.To make matters worse, we had already paid them a deposit of $100 upfront. Despite receiving our payment, the movers never arrived at our location. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it left us scrambling to find alternative solutions at the last minute.This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, as it is clear that All My Sons Moving Company lacks reliability and a sense of responsibility towards their customers. Moving is already a stressful event, and this company only added to our troubles.I strongly advise against using All My Sons Moving Company in Attleboro, MA. Their failure to show up on time and their disregard for the payment we made demonstrate a lack of professionalism and reliability. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a more reputable moving company in the area.

Every time I called, I spoke with someone pleasant and professional. However, the service I actually received was significantly less than stellar. Completed the inventory, then decided to add a few pieces of furniture we decided to keep. Called a week prior to the move to add these pieces and was told everything was all set. Moving day comes and the guys just start packing everything they find into the truck. Didn't ask if anything was staying. At the end, we're told that everything doesn't fit in the truck so stuff gets left behind. After spending over $1800 to move a 3 bedroom house 27 miles away, we then had to spend an additional $130 to rent a 12' truck to move the rest of our belongings, in addition to $30 to fill the rental. I emailed the company about this, however I wasn't important enough to get so much as a response. I called and spoke to John. Told him I had emailed, asked for some kind of response and was told he'd talk to management and someone would reach out. I haven't heard a peep from anyone. I'll never use these guys again.

On August 2nd I booked a move for August 28th. I paid a deposit and met with Mike their estimator. I have confirmation emails and a charge on my credit card for the deposit. When I called the day before the move to confirm it, I was told by Mike in Operations, that somehow the move wasn't in the system and that "someone on their end dropped the ball". Aside from refunding my deposit, Operations Mike said there was nothing more he could do. He was quite indifferent and clearly didn't care that we were now left stranded without any options. He was unwilling to help me problem solve and, in fact, he hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your moving needs. I do NOT recommend this company!

Avoid this company. My dad called them to move our items from a small house to a storage unit not far away. They ended up taking hours longer than expected to move everything; and when they packed the storage unit, they left a lot of room in the back of the unit, yet there was no room to step into the unit. We couldn't get anything out of there. Today when a new moving company moved our stuff to the new apartment, we discovered broken antiques inside the storage unit from the first company. We aren't sure if any of the broken items are replaceable at this point. Over 2 thousand dollars was paid for the first move and all we got was incompetence. My dad called the manager and they said within 24 hours they will send a complaint form package (i assume through email?). Worst moving experience ever. Do not use this company. Their A rating on the better business bureau website is very misleading.

I didn't use them because their quoting system is absolutely horrible. My first call was pleasant enough and I was quoted their "2 Hour 2 person package" of $447 and $149/hr if I exceed 2 hours. The quote was for 2 movers. My job was labor only. It sounded reasonable so I told them I'd call them back after I settled some other logistics and got an exact time for them to come in. But upon calling them back to reserve, things began to change. First whomever answered the phone was completely unprofessional saying simply Hello... so already there's no concept of professionalism on the others end. Once this person brought up my quote he was wanting to change things. He suggested we needed a third person to get "the best experience" what the hell does that mean? That the original quote was for the half assed experience. I immediately stopped him and said: are you going to honor the $477 originally quoted? He flatly said no. I was taken aback by the low caliber and lack of ethical salesmanship, I said simply that I had no interest in doing business with them. He responded with something like: well I'm the one responsible for giving you the experience yada yada. To which I just hung up. Life is too short to listen to that nonsense. My experience was certainly a negative one and I have no confidence that they under what a good experience is. In the end it was just creepy frankly. Their very low review rating shows this was not an isolated "experience ". Stay away. You've been warned.

This company is disreputable and should be avoided. They are unprofessional, slow, and discourteous to a fault. Late to start, delayed between a couple of stops, the wrong truck for the job, and nasty. I've never personally worked harder with a move in order to finish within a day and it should have been a 4-hour job. DO NOT HIRE
