We bought a car and then after 30 k miles usage AC system and seat were broken. We ordered some details (we have warranty 36 k) and it's didn't deliver yet, and they even hasn't our order in their system. Right now we have 37 k miles and they refused to fix the problem.

As the Executive Director of a Municipal Service in SW Michigan, Medic 1 Ambulance has been buying Wheelchair Vans from National Van Builders since 1995, since that time we have purchased a total of 25 vans till now, we currently have a total of nine wheelchair units build by National Vans in service. We have found them to very dependable and reliable, the vehicles have always had great fit and finish with the Ford Econoline Van; currently we have two of the new Ford Transits and National Vans has done an excellent job in the transformation of this vehicle into a wheelchair van. We have had an obvious very long standing working relationship with National Van Builders and I see it continuing for many more years in the future.
