They wanted to weight wet towels which will be heavier and charge me more money. I was like no no you can wash them and dry them and then weight them lady gave me a hard time. I will never go back.

Talking about drop off service. If you want to loose some clothes and have the remaining clothes you have to still be dirty. This is the place for you. I’ve lost many hoodies and sweat pants. The place it self is nice! I did the laundry drop off and my blanket got burned. My laundry did not smell great either. I want to give them another chance. The staff are really nice and the atmosphere has upgraded.
