“I had come from NY to install water Purification system @ my friends house. It needs special fittings , HD / Lowes didn't hve or they were helpful. But this store owner was relentless in sloving my problem ,,he not only made several suggestions which prompted me to take a different route , which resulted in successfull installationI strongly ? recommend to all the Mansfield or near by town residents ., to shop & this store . “We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”

“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. “My husband and I were at Providence Home Depot last night, looking for a specific bathroom vanity. RJ helped us. RJ was so helpful and friendly. Although the vanity didn’t seem to be anywhere, he didn’t give up. He found the vanity way up on a pallet, immediately he had someone come and get it down . We had some more shopping to do. He told us to come back when we were done and sure enough there was the vanity and him waiting for us already on the hand truck. We were so impressed with him. Wish all employees were like that. He is a one of a kind!”
“It's Lowes. They're a chain so they're mostly the same. They didn't have what I needed in stock at the Plainville location. So the guy helped me see if the North Attleboro location had my item. Employees at both locations are very nice and helpful.”
“Home Depot has gone above and beyond to help. I'm currently battling cancer and went to Home Depot to buy a plant to cheer me up. I careless left my wallet with my id and health insurance card in it at Home Depot. I need my id and health insurance card to get my chemotherapy. The entire staff were extremely helpful and understanding in my situation. Just want to say thank you for their willingness to help me find it. They could have easily told me it wasn't there and walked away.”
