I love HIIT for many reasons and It starts with an amazing, positive, dedicated trainer, Erika Green. Erika’s enthusiasm for fitness and health is so contagious. I have never been super comfortable lifting weights, but because of Erika, I have really boosted my confidence and feel comfortable lifting more weight with good form. Each workout is different, challenging and fun! It’s like cross fit with lots of positive people around you!

HIIT the gym is the best gym for a full body work out in a positive, supportive environment.Coach Erika’s passion for fitness is contagious. She encourages you to achieve set your fitness goals and helps you achieve them. She has created an atmosphere where people of all fitness levels feel welcome. I started working out at HIIT 3/4 years ago. I was hesitant as I had the stereo typical thought of being big and bulky and did not want that. HIIT is not that. It can be that, but it's more about being healthy, doing what's best for you and your personal goals. Erika emphasizes that everyone has their own goals and customizes to what you want. The gym is also beyond the workout. It's also social and I've built amazing relationships that make me want to attend the workouts. Great gym, great trainer, great members!

I was searching for the right gym for a very long time and finally found it at HIIT the Gym. Erika is an amazing coach and all her workouts are varied; you will never get bored! Mostly a combo of HITT, weightlifting and CrossFit style workouts - Erika also makes it a point to properly warm us up. Classes are never cut off after a certain amount of time - we train until we’re done and we’re free to take as much time as we need. All workouts can be scaled and the community at the gym is fantastic - no intimidation etc. I am in the best shape of my life and only getting better. Can’t recommend HIIT the Gym enough!

Erika is a great cross fit coach and really dedicated to training and coaching her gym members. She motivates and challenges everyone to get the best out of their workout.on top of that she is super fun loving and treats everyone like a family.
