Sadly they received a poor image of the address they needed. can you imagine such a scenario? In a desperate move they came to this location to help print out a legible document. Mom told me they were the most amazing people who gave it their best shot. These folks were patient with my family who are seriously technically uninformed. Thankfully it was a happy ending. Whatever magic that needed to happen worked and my grandmother was approved the help she desperately needed. Thank you so much. My mom told me the whole saga this morning.
