Gary is a life saver! I have suffered from foot pain for years and struggled walking due to the pain. His inserts are so comfy and cheaper than buying for the doctors. If they still don't feel right after few weeks/months he will make some adjustments until they work. Thank you and God bless you! Highly recommend him!!!!!!

Luckily, I didn't need an appointment because I really like these sandals that needed to be fixed. The process was very easy I just dropped them off and was given about a week's turnaround time. The little store was packed with people and I can see why-great shoes!I called the next day just to check on the price and oh my word they were already done!!!I'm sure that's not going to happen all the time especially given the traffic in and out of that store but wow and they did such a nice job I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, knowledgeable owner, made a real difference in my life. After months of foot trouble, I was headed out on a three week hiking trip. The owner fitted me into a specific boot designed to help with my problem and I then proceeded to head out and walk across Utah without any issues whatsoever. I've been back to buy dress shoes and will return again soon. Highly recommended.

I've had metatarsal pain (full path atrophy) on the bottom of my left foot for more than two years. Originally being from the Boston area I was referred on three occasions to two podiatrists and a foot surgeon at local hospitals, all of whom prescribed either custom made or off the shelf orthotics. None of them solved the problem especially if I played doubles tennis. One of the tennis guys I play with suggested Footwork's in Attleboro. I was discouraged but decided to give him a try. Mr. Lavoie solved the problem. He is not a rude person, he tells it like it is. He is not a smoozer or a salesman, he is a craftsmen and a fine one at that.. These guys are incredibly skilled at what they do, and having tried probably every different shoe repair within a probably 20 mile radius from here, I wouldn’t trust my shoes (especially my sacred boots) in the hands of anyone else. They’ll go over in detail the work they can do and make you sure you’re going to be happy and satisfied with the outcome. And I always have been. Owner is a great guy and true pleasure to have a conversation with. Can’t recommend highly enough. If there were 6 stars, they would certainly deserve the extra star. I and my family have known them for over 30 years, and have had nothing but top-notch experiences.

After hip replacement, one leg is now shorter than the other. Footworks has patiently worked with me to add a corrective sole on shoes and sandals so that I can walk evenly.

Footwork is the place to go if you need a very good pair ofshoes/sneakers. You will be fitted & if you gave foot issues, it is even better to go there. Professional, friendly & helpful.
