Poor management: Booked an appointment and was confirmed. Upon arrival, I was told to come back the next day and was not given any communication about not being able to get the requested service. I left work early and went out of my way to get this done and was not given any consideration for my wasted time. I understand things happen but failing to communicate that my reservation could not be accommodated beforehand and being told to just come back tomorrow is not an acceptable means of running a business and lacks professionalism, will not be rebooking.

I made an appointment online which I received confirmation for and when I showed up he wasn’t there and didn’t answer his phone. Then spoke to me through his camera saying he was “mobile” and “something came up” but he didn’t have the courtesy to let me know that beforehand.

Alex did an excellent job detailing our car. The car had been smoked in for years when we got it and had tar/smoke damage to headliner and was very dirty. Alex was able to use ozone treatment to help remove the smoke smell and the car looked brand new. The headliner had no signs of stains after his detail. This was all done in a timely manner. I would recommend going to Driveru’s for all your auto cleaning needs.

Alex is a man of his word. He got my car as clean as I've ever seen it. And I've had other places to recondition it and nothing compared to how detailed Alex was on my car. It looks like I just drove it out of the dealership. I highly recommend his place to everyone.

What a great Detailer! The previous owner of my car must have constantly smoked weed and cigars. Alex said, “No problem, I’ll take care of it.” He was the first Detailer I found that could do ozone treatment, too. Super convenient working around my travel schedule, too.
