I don't like the new CVS setup. They carry half of the shampoo than they used to. They don't seem to carry Suave any longer. I had to have the cashier unlock a cabinet so that I could purchase an item. Meanwhile customers approached the register that was unattended. I will be shopping at another store from now on. I was very disappointed.

Store is set up nicely Staff in store part always helpful.
I always love how friendly the staff are..You actually feel cared about or that your problem matters

Went in to deposit cash into my bank account with 100 dollar bills, they claimed the bills were counterfeit and would not process my transaction. They are older bills but clearly not fake as I didn’t have a problem at another cvs. It’s embarrassing with a line of people behind you thinking you’re trying to deposit counterfeit cash. Hopefully these employees can be retrained on spotting fakes

Booked appts for COVID and pediatric COVID shots. We get there and they tell us they don't have the pediatric dose - which was the main reason we scheduled at this location. No call, no notice. Totally inconsiderate.
Worse, we had to wait 15 mins past out appt time, and while doing so our whole party got bit multiple times by mosquitos - in the store. The pharmacy area had a bunch of them flying around. Gross.

Worst people to deal with at the pharmacy. I went to pick up my script through the drive through and waited in line. I was the last person in line. It was 1:29 when I got to the window, they closed the curtain on me and said it was their break. I understand everyone is entitled to a break of course but the way I was treated was terrible. I asked very nicely if I could just grab it quickly and I’ve been trying to get this for days and there was a ton of misunderstanding with the pharmacy for over a week the dr and them. She got my meds. They were wrong instead of being helpful I was told you’re gonna have to come back after my break. She was rude. Very rude. I’m all set with them. This isn’t the first rude encounter I’ve had at that specific cvs either. Go somewhere else

The people here at the pharmacy are horrible. Lack of patient privacy and respect. I was picking up a medication one day for a "male problem" and I didn't know the name of what I was picking up. The lady read it and started laughing. I said is there a problem and she said it's just for you know down there and was laughing. She asked her coworker if it was the medication and she started laughing as well and said aren't you young for this?? I'm 30 and have an injury...I got so embarrassed I laughed it off because there was a line of people watching and said oh I'm young I don't need that. Now I have to see that lady every time I go and am so embarrassed. I shouldn't be treated that way because I have a medical issue. She's lucky I don't sue them.

CVS is always my go to store, it carries quality products, CVS brand products are as good as any branded products. Also, if coupons are applied, CVS saves lot of money.

0/10 If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers seemed overworked and tired. Managers were nowhere to be seen and the store was VERY messy! Will no longer be going to this location smh, CVS L! DO BETTER ?
