The pharm technicians are always super pleasant and patient, even with a super long line of inpatient customers and no drive thru. Amazing work done efficiently but quickly. Every time I have an issue with a prescription, the pharmacy techs are able to figure out a solution.

More than 3 times i have visited there in morning time, Everytime I go there I see " Debbie" on customer service I say hello she got this bad look to me , i noticed next time like she is so nice and talking to white customers while I am on line and when it comes to me she's got a very bad attitude and i tried to say hi how are you ,? As I usually do, she didn't answer I repeated 3 times but unfortunately she never says anything like hi or thank you for colored people.
One time I was the first one on line so I waited for her to come to the register to check me out, I took a look she was organizing the shelf next to the register and she saw me waiting for her like 4 minutes and she didn't move to the register till the next person came to line, and the same bad look at her eyes to me with a very bad attitude for no reason but because " Debbie is racist"

Wish you could leave 0 stars. got a text that my perscription is ready but when i got there pharmacy was closed. then i walked around the store for about 10 minutes looking for an employee and called out but there were 0 employees in sight. absolutely shameful, and probably not the best practice since someone could have walked out with half your store and no one would have noticed ?

This CVS pharmacy is horrible! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They are EXTREMELY RUDE and if they have to help or assist you in anyway be prepared to be treated like you're wasting their precious time! SMH If I could provide any advice to anyone it would be DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER!!!! #rude #unprofessional #dirty #ghetto #norespect #hirenewemployees #hirenewmanagement

The pharmacy area looked so dirty and unorganized. The carpet was filthy littered with trash. While I was waiting for my rx i was looking at some melatonin to get for my kids and a couple were expired caked with dust. I honestly haven’t taken my rx yet cause I’m so grossed out and not sure I trust it honestly.

I never write reviews but I absolutely had to read n this case due to the outstanding customer service. I had called inquiring about a particular product I was looking for. Debbie, who answered the phone, was kind of enough to Actually check to see if she had the item. She was extremely personable despite the craziness of the holiday season approaching. She not only checked but double checked to make sure it was the correct item so I didn't have to drive there only to be disappointed. She definitely exceeded what she needed to do to provide great customer service. A nice surprise that made my day. I would highly recommend shopping at this CVS. It was an awesome experience that began with Debbie's customer service all the way to the pick up of the items.

MISSING MEDS!!If you have a prescription for anything controlled, go somewhere else. I get my Adderall filled here, and there are pills missing every month. 1 pill short two months ago, 4 pills short last month, and 1 pill short today. Triple counted every time.The rest of my (non-controlled) scripts are always spot on, so my guess is that someone is intentionally pocketing a couple some of the meds.

Horrible pharmacy staff- literally slamming the window as i raced to the counter to pick up my pills that i needed for pain relief. I pleaded with her to just let me pick it up. It was 1:29. I had received a notification that my medication was ready for pickup. It was packaged up 5 ft away, ready to be picked up, and there was no other customer around. She had a big smirk on her face while saying it was time for her to go eat her lunch and I need to come back in a half hour. She then said her lunch break is set every day at 1:30. We are talking about 30 seconds. I would never treat someone like that. I would be willing to be inconvenienced for a mere 30 seconds to not ruin someone else’s day. Unbelievably arrogant and self centered. Would give zero stars if i could. Please, never go here.
