I never write reviews but I absolutely had to read n this case due to the outstanding customer service. I had called inquiring about a particular product I was looking for. Debbie, who answered the phone, was kind of enough to Actually check to see if she had the item. She was extremely personable despite the craziness of the holiday season approaching. She not only checked but double checked to make sure it was the correct item so I didn't have to drive there only to be disappointed. She definitely exceeded what she needed to do to provide great customer service. A nice surprise that made my day. I would highly recommend shopping at this CVS. It was an awesome experience that began with Debbie's customer service all the way to the pick up of the items.

I used to use this pharmacy for all my scripts. Loved this store. Great service. Happy workers. A well-oiled machine. Then something happened. I don't know what it was, but the pharmacy started getting orders wrong, late, or just forgetting. I have had to call CVS corporate at least FIVE times over the past year just for prescriptions not being ready when promised (Just Google the number and file a complaint with them, not the store!).Here's a perfect example: Doctor calls in script on Wed. I call Thursday AM to check on the status and they say it'll be ready Friday (the next day) as that's the soonest the insurance will go through. OK, fine. I have just enough to last till then. Now a normal pharmacy would check the shelves and see if it's in stock for a Friday fill. Nope. Worse, the person I spoke with sounded like she was half asleep and couldn't give a fig if it was filled or not, in stock or not, or would be ready tomorrow or not. Never said "thank you", "sorry", "please", or anything resembling manners. Then on Friday, I'm told it's out of stock and won't be in until Monday (apparently they don't accept shipments on Saturday or Sunday for reasons beyond my limited comprehension). Except by Monday, I'll be out of my Rx. So they offer a partial fill that you're forced to accept. Great. Trip 1 of 2 for an Rx. One time it took 3 partial fills before the balance came in. I had to call corporate TWICE. It was like filling a script on the installment plan.So even if they got the Rx on Wed, and even if I call on Thurs to inquire, and even though they knew the product wasn't on their shelves (right?), why would the store wait until the day it can be filled to order more? Insurance. If they can't run it thru the insurance because it's too early, they won't order it--even if it's out of stock. This is what I'm dealing with. And it's not an expensive script! I was told that was the reason. I even told them I'd pay cash, if for whatever reason the insurance didn't cover it. Doesn't matter. This happens over and over again. With different drugs. When I reach my boiling point, I call CVS corporate, which takes my complaint but then NOTHING ever changes. I started migrating all my Rxs to Walgreens, but the message isn't getting through to the Powers That Be. YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS! Luckily, you'll run across a competent and caring pharmacy assistant who will try to move heaven and earth to help you. Sadly, those employees are few and far between.

Not a fan of self check outs. If I'm forced to use these I should get a discount. I'M NOT AN EMPLOYEE!!

This is an excellent pharmacy, and a great place to find supplements and vitamins. The place is always neat and clean and the clerks and cashiers are super friendly and awesome.

It is absolutely ridiculous that for the same deodorant at Walgreen your deodorant is eight dollars and some change buy one get one 50% off Walgreens is for 4.39 get one 50% off If it wasn’t for your pharmacy you would’ve went out of business along time ago and I hope you do eventually

The store itself is great. Very nice cashiers. The pharmacy however is a nightmare. Rude staff, it takes forever to do simple things, and on and on. I've been going here faithfully since moving here over a year ago and I just cant deal anymore. Like today there was literally no one in line behind me and when I picked up my prescriptions I needed to ask about a different one, and i was told to go to the other side of the pharmacy and wait at a empty window for someone to come help me. Or being totally ignored while the staff screw off in front on customers, then act bothered when they finally decide to help the people waiting at the counter. Or marking prescriptions filled and ready when they are not and there is an insurance problem, so you can come in real quick expecting to quickly get medications only to be stuck waiting an hour to resolve some issue for the cvs staff with insurance. Why not call in advance before marking it ready? Or my personal favorite, loudly announcing medications so that everyone can hear exactly what I am leaving the store with. What the actual fu*%? I feel like I have a lot of patience and forgiveness for anyone working for minimum wage. I worked for CVS myself when in college. But this is just ridiculous, and I'm totally done. I'll just go to the north main location instead. I suggest you do the same for pharmacy needs, to shop the store itself is very nice and well organized. Just avoid the jumbled mess of rude college aged pharmacy techs in the back!
