Won't send legitimate written proposals. Offer verbal or text deals deals only to change them later on.

New Telluride is buggy and the service department has been difficult to get a hold of.

I’m giving this one star because zero was not an option. Bought two vehicles here in the past, always had them serviced. They have been great. Not sure what happened here. Zero communication, no one calls you back. No one answers the phone in service . Been down there twice. Car has been siting for a week for a simple small repair. Bought the extended warranty from them, no one seems to know anything about it. I will be taking my business else where and never going back. Had to have it towed to another dealership at my own expense.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! I arrived at the agreed upon time at Kia of Attleboro yesterday for my test drive. However Kia was not prepared. I was kept waiting over an hour for dealer plates to become available despite the fact I had made a appointment & was put under the impression that someone "Epiphany" would be waiting and ready for The PRE-ARRANGED test drive. I patiently waited and made the best of my time. I test drove the car around the parking lot & during that time I also spoke with the salesperson and came to an agreement on a price which I would buy the car THAT DAY. I was completely astonished when I was informed they did not accept outside financing & was insulted with the interest rate they were offering. Much higher than my bank's interest rate. This was a complete waste of my time!!!!! What an absurd ridiculous way to do business!!!

12/10 experience! George and Jessica were hands down the best people I have ever worked with. After having a horrible experience with Hyundai, they made the transition into my new Kia lease so easy. They were able to get me a great deal all while providing some of the best customer service I have experienced. Being a woman going into a car dealership, it can feel super nerve wracking. When I tell you, George was honest and explained everything to make sure I felt comfortable and was making an educated decision. I never felt rushed or pressured into a decision which lead me to pursue my next lease with Kia. Go see George for your next lease!!!

Came in for an oil leak concern. The advisor I was working with was Thomas. When he first approached me he mentioned my pan was leaking and gave me a price. He mentioned a seal at first and I reminded him I’m the original owner. He claimed it would be covered under warranty. He then approaches me and tells me it’s cracked! The picture showed a hairline crack near my drain plug. I suspect the drain plug was overtightened which cause the crack. No signs of impact on the pan from the picture. I tried to speak to the service manager which was a waste of time. I paid the bill and left. This repair was about $425 dollars out of pocket and had to pay for an oil change on top of it. Horrible experience dealing with an advisor who clearly needs additional training. I simply paid because I needed my car but the lack of accountability is insane.

I’ve been using this dealership on and off for about two years for servicing.
My last visit they recommended $3,500 of repairs on a 2017 car with 65,000 miles. Some of the service was done by another mechanic a few months ago, 3 of their recommended repairs including an oil leak were not needed when I saw a mechanic. My tires are 2 years old and have enough tread, etc.
I will never use them again or purchase a car from them. As a returning customer I’m incredibly insulted and angry .

** disregard Kia’s response as they were completely unwilling to do anything for us when the car was in their possession despite my numerous pleas, so we paid out of pocket to have it towed home and have never heard from them again. Over a year later, the car sits in our garage untouched and has been replaced as a daily driver by a Toyota Highlander. My only regret is that I went to this dealer in the first place. **
I’m hoping this review might help someone else avoid the mess I was in with Kia of Attleboro. In Feb 2021, I purchased an 18 Sportage sx with 34k mi from here. In January 2023, ~17k mi later, I started it and heard knocking noises. I worried that it wasn’t safe to drive & had it towed in. We were told it needs a new engine. We have an extended (3rd party from dealer) warranty and were asked to send in receipts for proof of oil changes. We did and then received word that our warranty doesn’t cover engines, so we needed to pay $5500. We really wrestled with this. A car we had for <2 years and had only put 17k miles on with proof of regular (i did oil changes early most of the time) maintenance… why did it need a new engine? I was told a cracked engine block & when I asked how that occurs, the service advisor said “overheating,” & when I mentioned that that never happened, I was told the service manager would call me back the next day. When he called back 5 days later, I was basically told overheating is just one of a myriad of reasons but it’s not cost effective to actually diagnose. But the thing is, my car was regularly and well maintained both by me and the previous owner (I checked carfax), so the cracked engine block is not due to a maintenance issue. A lot of people say Kia has a great updated lifetime warranty but our car wasn’t covered under this warranty because it’s very specific in its wording that it only covers rod bearing failures, so since my engine failed due to a cracked engine block, we’re out of luck. Even still, we finally decided to just eat the $5500, called the service department and were told no, that’s $5500 for the ENGINE. With 16 hours of labor it’ll be $7500. Why we were told only the cost of the engine up front is beyond me, but that made matters worse. I bought my car only 2 years prior for something like $25k and was now expected to fork over nearly $8k with no reassurance that the new engine would have a longer lifespan and only a 1 year warranty. Kia/Hyundai engines, especially but not exclusively Theta II engines, are no good (I’ll say “in my opinion” but just do some research like i wish i had). Unless you are leasing & getting rid of the vehicle 3 years later, I would be very wary about purchasing one. It is, in my opinion, downright irresponsible to finance a used Kia, especially considering the dealership does not appear to stand by the product they are selling. We asked if they could buy the car back & were told that other people had tried this and the offer received was “insulting.” So we are out of options. We opted to have the car towed back to our garage where it’ll sit while we figure out how best to remedy without falling prey to the sunk cost fallacy. But don’t worry, Kia was happy to tell us they didn’t charge us for the diagnostic - lol. Learn from my headache, I don’t want anyone else to be in this position. There is a Toyota dealership several miles away. It might not have the bells & whistles you get dollar for dollar, but it won’t leave you stranded basically ever, never mind 2 years after purchase.

Highly recommended this dealership! Ryan in sales is the best. He answers all your questions and does everything he can go get you a great deal. The service department is great too! I've only been in for oil changes, but everyone I've dealt with has been great! Im on my 3rd vehicle from this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my car to this kia for my Kia Stinger to get recall, front bumper and service done on my car. To start off the communication was horrible was told I would get calls back and never recieved them. My car was taken in and out of the shop multiple times instead of doing everything at once which made the process even longer. I ended up picking up my car because in 3 days at this service shop I only had the recall done on my car. The process was being dragged out longer than it should’ve.

Went to Kai of Attleboro because I saw a Forte that I wanted to test drive. My salesperson was Roy who was very helpful and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He spent close to three hours with me and walking me through every step of the purchase, paperwork, and questions.

Made an appointment for oil change service, was told upon checking in I was told it would be around 1-2 hour wait. Which defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. It took around 3 hours to have an oil change done and when it was finished I was told if I left a good review my next one would be free and they gave $15 off this one and sorry for the delay. Nothing given as far as next oil change just if I left a good review it would be free next time. Completely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism. Car was blocked in when trying to leave asked some employees if they could move the car behind ( group of sales guys I’m assuming standing around smoking) they told me to get someone inside to do it.

Let me start by saying that when I first leased my car I had a great experience. However, I took my car for its first services almost 2 months ago. Yesterday my oil engine light came on and too my surprise too. Not too long ago I did the service. I called this morning to talk to someone about this and let me tell you the very first conversation was completely awful. I had to sit in my car for 5 minutes while this person gave me attitude and just plain simple starting to blame me for driving 4 thousand miles in 2 month. I explained to her that even if that’s was true there was no logical explication as to why my oil engine light came on and when I check my car it was barely at the minimum, this person then follow to tell me I had to pay out of my pocket for a service change to see if the car had a leak. I then called in the afternoon and had the same person and same attitude, I asked for a higher up and this person I will say he was polite gave me the same answer I had to pay for my oil change for them to check if they did their job correctly. I paid almost $60 dollars for an oil change once again with no answer. This wouldn’t have happened if they did the right job the first time. Never taking my car again for service at this dealer. Absolutely never.
