I am from PA, and my Canyon got stuck in Pawtucket, and I had it towed here. The service department fit me in and had me on the road within 24 hrs. Wendell helped speed up the process for me. While I was waiting, I could see that he has a great rapport with the customers.

I want to start off saying that after a conversation with the General Manager (Gill) I thought he was a nice guy and very apologetic regarding this dealership's policy to not work on cars that are over 10 years old. I wanted to bring in my 2012 Camaro to have the tires replaced and they would not work on the car. He explained they had been sued but several customers where I can understand and appreciate that any business would want to limit liability of potentially being sued. I guess I would disagree that replacing of tires is not really working on the car. I even offered to remove the wheels and bring to the dealership and they still respectfully declined which I have to say I think is a bit ridiculous. I am mainly writing this post so that people are aware if they buy a vehicle from this dealership and if you hold onto it for more then 10 years they will no longer service the vehicle. I am guessing they don't advertise this policy since I would never buy from any dealership with a policy like this. I personally think this policy is ridiculous as today's modern cars last a long time and a 10 year old car is not that old today. I even wonder if this is allowed by GM and plan to follow up with GM Corporate and make them aware of this dealership's policy.

I wanted to write a quick note of praise. Your two Service Advisors Wendell Jordan and Jhan Aguilera are fantastic. Late yesterday afternoon I had the check engine light come on in my 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel and I just pulled in without an appointment. Your advisors, had me pull in they scanned for codes, researched and found a TSB listing a software update to my trucks ECU. They got a tech on it right away and I was in and out in 45 minutes. THANK YOU Wendell and Jhan for saving my weekend! I had since learned the check engine light was the precursor to my truck going into limp mode and I had 350 miles of holiday driving planned for the weekend. THANKS AGAIN to Cerrone for staffing with the best in the business problem solvers! Andrew Conti happy, grateful customer.

Before I begin.. I do not put people down nor do I ever post reviews to any business... I truly believe that this business is untrustworthy and takes advantage of anyone that they think they can. I brought my 2014 chevy cruise in for a couple small problems. My regular mechanic couldn't fix the problem because it involved the computer system so I had to bring it to a chevy dealership. I bought my car from carmax and I pay the maxcare plan so I only would have to pay 100 dollars to get it fixed.. so everytime I called they either were waiting on a part or there was a new problem with my car. The worker kept saying he would call me back and never returned my calls so I had to be the one to keep calling. They had my car for seven weeks. I finally left a message for the manager and boom I get my car just a few days later. I have a feeling they thought they could get away with it for that long because I am a young girl who they think doesnt know a thing about the way they work.. nope you have the wrong gal. I am not an idiot nor will I be walked all over. I don't want this to happen to anyone else who thinks of going here. I am not even going to mention the workers name because I am giving people the benefit of the doubt like any decent human would and I will leave his name out.. how many more people will this company screw over? those workers should be ashamed of themselves.
