The attention of the cashiers is depressing. They don't know how to greet you, they treat you badly and they greet you with a bad face. When you are about to pay it seems like they get uncomfortable with your presence because they look at you badly and treat you horribly. Terrible service, I would never return here.

The attention is terrible, the two women who are at the cashiers have a bad attitude and don’t help. When you want to pay, they receive you with an ugly face. I asked them if they could help me with a product that was damaged and they told me no with a bad attitude. If they don’t want to work, they shouldn’t be there. I always buy in Burlington, but I’ll never be back because of the Bad moment that they made me go through.

Since the fitting room seems constantly closed, shopping here defeats the purpose of actually finding clothes to conveniently buy.

What’s the point of applying for a job to get mad to have to work it ? You first double charge me for an item then walk around with a nasty face and then belittle your employees in front of customers. Apply for unemployment if you’re so miserable! and im 100% sure we were dealing with a manager

I was able to find 3 summer shirts but my god had to wait in line for 30 minutes. I wasted more time in line than it was finding the shirts. Great save money on clothes but waste money on all the time you spent and loss of opportunity cost. Only had one register open the majority of the time.
