I have brought numerous company trucks and personal vehicles to these guys for windshield replacements, everytime they do a perfect , fast , clean neat job! No questions, no issues, drop it off , they call and its done!

Ask for one 22×22 inches table top glass and they can't get it done in a timely manner. Told me it would be done in a few hours and it's been two days and still not ready. Never coming back

I used Bristol Glass for a replacement side window on my car. They scheduled it for 8:00am and had me out by 9:20. They assisted with dealing with the insurance company...a great experience overall.

Beautiful custom lighting shade! There was a slight cutting error on length. I brought it back to Mike and his team, they acknowledged and corrected it on the spot while I waited! Tremendous!!

Just a heads up that this organization does not do recalibration of rearview cameras. Most glass companies do and this company does not and did not care to tell me this until after I brought my car in. They were well aware that I had a vehicle that needed this, and did not address it until they were about to take the windshield off. If you don’t go to a place. That can recalibrate after the windshield is replaced then you will have to pay out-of-pocket or ask for insurance to reimburse you. It is a big hassle. I truly do not feel that the manager was upfront about this, and just wanted my business and didn’t care how it impacted me. I do not recommend going here. It was a great experience once again at Bristol glass. Derek helped me and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love using Bristol glass for all my glass needs and I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the mechanics reaked of weed after doing my car. THEN when I got in my car it reaked of weed and i had to get it shampooed at a detailing place.Never again!!!!!Service: Auto glass repair

They replaced the screen on my slider screen door with a very durable animal guard screen. I dont think they advertise screen repair much but they should they did a great job!
