I can't make this up. 2 junk rentals ( terrible odor, filthy) BUT the best part is they gave us the 1st car on EMPTY ( gas light was on) returned for another after putting a little gas & not being able to deal with the smell. They had the audacity to give us a 2nd car on EMPTY!! Completely empty!!!! Immediate trip to gas station ( luckily was close by) went to Walmart decided the car was just too dirty & had no windshield fluid ( they said they didn't have any in shop & could barely see out the disgusting window to drive) returned that 4/5 hrs later & was still charged for the full day. Jesus help us all if people actually think this is acceptable business. Gross!! Unprofessional. It's disturbing that they rent cars in that condition especially at $60 day. Could've atleast pro-rated the fee or not charged at all for the whole ridiculous inconvenience & back and forth. We also returned the car with a quarter tank..how generous of us considering we received BOTH cars with the gas lights on!! I swear, if I didn't know better, I'd think they were playing a joke on us. Worst car rental place I've ever done business with in 50yrs!!!!! No kidding. I still can't even believe it.

Disgusting. Two filthy disgusting smelling rentals both on EMPTY with gas lights on. No windshield fluid to clean windows that you can't see out of cause car is so nasty. They said they had no more windshield washer fluid in the shop...so instead of taking care of it..they expect the renter to!! Two rentals back to back with gas lights on is INSANE!! And I can't believe they don't clean their cars. GROSS!! kept 2nd rental for a couple hrs & was still charged for full day $60 for a dirty piece of sh*t on empty. No apology...nothing. Run far away. Don't even consider it!! They're not cheaper than any reputable rental places...so just go to Hertz or something. Atleast you'll get a clean car with **************** fluid.

Great local car rental. You get In and out with no hassle and no notice.Used to just be $50 per day but now that only gets you 100 miles. Then out comes the per mile charges.Some idiot drove to PA and ruined it for all of us.

This is by far the worst place to rent a car after having the car for almost 3 weeks and I'm taking money out of my bank account for the rentals they decide they going to pick up the car and call it repossession of a rental and then charge me all of my security deposit of $250 which seems to be some sort of a scam they are pulling beware do not run from these people no matter what

I wanted to be relieved that there was a local, non-corporate, sans-millennial-staffed car rental agency in Attleboro in light of the string of disappointments with Enter(sur)prise. I rented a Chevy that, like the Enterprise ilk, reeked of smoke albeit not as bad. Is it really that difficult to get a clean car anywhere? The guy at the desk uttered maybe three words. I noticed he wrote down the CVV 3-number digits from my card. I thought that was odd. I understand it takes a week for the $200 hold to be credited - except the next day there was an additional charge for $142. I tried calling Affordable Car Rentals a couple different times...no answer at all. The emails listed on the site and the rental form all got kicked back to me. I mean, really??? After calling my credit card company and explaining the situation - after I mentioned observing him taking down the CVV, they decided to shut down my card immediately and send out a new one. It turns out the CVV is never needed by an in-person vendor - ever. It allows people to use your card to buy things online though! I really wanted to like this place, but it honestly looks like a shack from 'The Dukes Of Hazard' and with no reliable communication (in 2019?) and shifty charges, this place quickly add up to a big red flag.
