Sheesh, the big takeaway from Bob's DISCOUNT Furniture is, never let on that you're shopping on a budget! As soon as I told the salesperson (Craig?) that we (actually, my deaf elderly parents) would be looking at an economy-priced mattress with a no-frills adjustable base, his demeanor changed and he pointed to an example on the floor before walking away, saying, "I'll let you do your thing." He then joined 3 or 4 other of his colleagues at the far end of the store to chit chat. After we took notes for ourselves about features and pricing, I went over and flagged him down so that he could show us where the power recliners were, since they were looking for those, too. He merely gestured across the store, saying, "They're all over there. I'll let you go ahead and do your thing," and rejoined the chit chat still going on back across the store.
To say we were turned off is an understatement. They had a nice thing or two, but why bother?
I know (Craig?) wasn't set to make a PILE of commission on us, but the place was empty on a Wednesday and a sale is a sale, right?
He must have seen the notebook my mother carried, with notes and numbers under the subheadings "Raymour & Flanigan" and "Cardi's"... so, you'd think he would at least TRY to earn our business, since we'd clearly been to those places already?
The people at Raymour and Flanigan were honestly very helpful, and the gentleman at Cardi's practically sacrificed his first-born to close the deal! Maybe (Craig?) has résumés out and he's just using Bob's as a place holder. If so, I wish him luck.

I knew what I wanted on line. So I put in a application for Bob's bucks was approved for $4800.00 financing with Wells Fargo. Went to the store told saleslady what I looked at online. She show me item but I ended up buying one that my wife liked better. The sales Lady Emma was so helpful and efficient. Would definitely go to Bob's again

I love Bob's. I have purchased beds and a living room over the years. I recently bought a bed for my mom and the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks Bob's for being my go to for all my furniture needs at a great price and quality!

If you ever shop the south Attleboro store ask for Richard Amore. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I gave 3 stars because the store does not have stock to carry out. They don’t have customer service reps on hand to assist in finding a store that has an item in stock.

Although the sales team is extremely friendly, the delivery process is inefficient. I was told to wait two weeks for in-store collection, whereas a $109 fee would ensure delivery within two days. Also, phone hold times, likely due to an external call center, are excessively prolonged for straightforward inquiries!
