Promise to offer tire rotation if you buy tires from them and then what, you CANNOT make an appointment for that online!!And when you make an appointment in person, it is few weeks later and you have to have the proof of tire purcahse (they cannot figure that out using your membership number!!!!!!). It is as if they do not want to make it easy for you to give up. They need to learn how Costco handles tires service.

This store used to have variety, and, like Costco, used to offer foods to try. it had an automotive section, and jewelry dept. Both of those sections are gone, and no food samples. The only thing I find as being "good" is their meat department. I was a member when it first opened, and stayed a member for years. Then, I became disabled, and, with kids being allowed to take the VERY LIMITED mobility scooters, I had to stop going there because I have a terrible time walking. No one stopped the kids from joy riding in them, nor spoke to the parents. So, I finally just gave up and ended my membership.I started my membership, again, when they finally got more scooters, though I still see kids being allowed to use them! I can't do much shopping there for several reasons. 1) My disabilities have become much worse, and I can't carry the items I buy. 2) I can't depend on the items being in stock. 3) I joined the service for "free" deliveries, but they require you to spend a lot before it's "free." so, I end up buying more, to reach the required amount, and tossing food out because I had to buy more than I needed. 4) Their inventory is poor, and many things cost more than a local grocery store. Very disappointed in BJ'S, but it's the only place that I trust for my meat delivery. If a Costco opens nearby, I will definitely switch to them. They still have all the departments and varieties that BJ'S ONCE HAD.

I am a BJ's member and I usually shop at the store in Seekonk, MA, but sometimes when I am in the Attleboro area, I stop at this location. I went to get some paper towels and I was surprise on how much they have gone up, in two years (before and post pandemic), the price has gone up close to 50%. It still is a deal compared to other options (unless they have a really good sale), but know your unit price !!!! This store is kind of hard to get to as it is not easy to see from the road, you have to get behind a strip mall and drive up a small hill to get to...still it's a good deal if you know your unit prices.

What an appalling experience, just over the phone. My husband and I had a flat tire and were calling local shops for some kind of assistance. After bouncing around from a call center to our local store, including determining what kind of tire we needed and ensuring the local store had it in stock, we were informed that we had to buy 4, not just the one we needed and, oh- if we didn't arrive immediately (like we didn't have a flat tire and weren't waiting on tow assistance) they would be too busy to help us anyway. Maybe their tone would have been different if we agreed to buy four tires up front...? Super shady. We will not be giving our business to BJ's. Ever. The Firestone a few miles away was able to help us.

I live in Rhode Island so maybe I'm not used to places having good customer service so I had to go five stars on this one because they went above and beyond when I had an issue. It's a little bit further of a drive for me to go to this location but it's worth it because they work hard to do things the right way.

I had an appointment at BJs to have all four tires replaced on my HONDA SUV. I drove to the appointment and dropped the car off. They told me it would be about an hour, so I opted to go shopping around BJs. After about 30 minutes I received a call, not that my car was done but to tell me that after getting the car on the lift they noticed that car was not in need of any tires at all. They didn't want to see me spend money on tires (even at their establishment) that were not needed. Workers, Anthony and Nate were so kind and professional. They lowered my car down and told me to come back when the car truly needed tires. I was so astonished and overwhelmed with gratitude that this company and these workers valued customers so much more than the bottom financial line.

I was nervous to order a cake from here just because I haven't seen anyone else review them/post a picture, but I highly recommend! I didn't give much instruction on the order slip other than "pink" and "snowflakes" and it turned out great. I think it turned out being less than $50. I will definitely continue ordering customs cake from here because of the price, convenience, and taste.

Took over two hours for tire install, horribly understaffed. Will never buy tires here again!

I've always liked BJs, but was in there with my mum last night and the guy she asked helped from was so utterly useless. Directed her to the candy aisle after telling him we had just come from there. No help at all..

I have been a BJ's customer since the 70's. Yesterday I received their latest sales flyer book. I normally check the coupons, and almost always use at least a couple of them. Last month I clipped out about a dozen coupons, but with everything going on, they only had a couple of the items I was looking for. They said they did not need the coupons, because everything on sale would be automatically taken off at the register. Great--they should always do that for their customers who pay for the membership. Now I look at the new coupon book, and BJ's has gone digital. Now they want me to use my smart phone or home computer to put all the coupons I intend to use into their ap so my card will automatically deduct those savings from that coupon. I don't use a smart phone. Even if I did, why take the time and bother to list all the coupons I want to use--when they will probably be out of stock for many of those items anyway? I do not work for BJ's, so I am not going to spend my time doing their job. If you are running an honest business--why not simply set up your system again to simply give your customers an automatic discount for everything that is on sale? Isn't the reason we are all paying to shop at your stores is to get the best price? Are you afraid some people will get a break by purchasing something on sale they were not aware of and get a discount they didn't expect? At least give the elderly a break. If we have to wait in a line outside for an hour to get into the store when they open, and find out there is not even toilet paper available to buy--give us a break.

I just spoke to Jay, the manager at your N.Attleboro, MA store because we wanted to show our appreciation to your entire team as being part of our front line heroes during this global health crisis. My husband and shop at your store frequently and the additional organization and preparedness of your team makes us feel safer and welcomed when we have to buy our essentials. Jay mentioned the additional things that are being done for the team and that makes us glad to hear. THANK YOU all for continuing to do what you're doing so we can keep our family fed! We see you and appreciate every single one of you.

The best price to get tires. Forget about town fair tires. BJ would refund you partial money if the thread life are shorter than expect. The best place to get tires.

I've been a member here on and off for about 5 years, and have noticed prices creeping up a bit. I'm no longer certain that I'm consistently saving money by buying industrial sized packages of things I have to somehow store at home, and one or two of the items I used to be able to find only at BJ's (a particular sandwich wrap my husband loved) have disappeared. Still, if you like the beer brands they carry, your case will likely cost much less here. The toiletries (soap, shampoo - if they have your brand - body and face lotion, dental floss and toothpaste), they carry are substantially cheaper since you buy in bulk, although the paper goods aren't all that much less than I'd spend at Target. There's ample parking, large aisles, and no frills inside the store. Lines can be long on the weekend. Still, you can shop here without a membership if you need to (there's a 15-20% upcharge), and without a Costco in RI this is the only warehouse-type shopping available here.
