Fixed everything for everyone we the bank got stormed 1st thing in the am with mad customers because Mastercard was down the day before..he fixed everything with kindness and a smile! He also fixed when a car rental comoany tried charging us instead of the car insurance from and accident claim for rental car!
He is wonderful to work .. I could go on and on how helpful! Remember everyone keep all your proof!!!! I had everything to prove everything and it makes it smoother! Lastly Thankyou Kasey

“I'm giving five stars on this one. I read the previous reviews and I don't understand I've been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. There's two things in my life that I can't stand, one is going to the pharmacy, two is going to the bank. I had some Fraud that I found on my account, and I walked into the Pleasant Street in Attleboro mass location without an appointment. I saw a wonderful lady named "Ritty" she was extremely pleasant and helpful and took an instant interest in my problem. She took me aside to a private desk immediately and within 15 minutes I was walking out the door with all of my problems resolved! A few days later I had a problem with my new ATM card. I walked into the branch once again to speak with Ritty, but she was not there, so I was able to speak with the manager of the bank directly. He took me into his office and sat me down immediately, and he made me feel like I was the only customer they had. He was extremely knowledgeable with the way that their system worked, and he had me straightened out inside of five minutes and once again, I was walking out the door with a smile. I will never bank anywhere else, but Bank of America, and I will never go to any other branch, other than the Attleboro mass branch on Pleasant St.,, even if I have to drive two hours.”

“We recently ran into some very poor customer service experiences with multiple online representatives we spoke with over the phone. So we opted to make a visit to this local branch in Attleboro in an attempt to get our situation rectified. Not only was Mimi, the branch manger at this Attleboro location, able to fix our problem for us, but she did so with the kindest demeanor. She met with us in person on two different occasions and had various phone conversations to get our issue rectified. This was the ONLY positive experience we had with Citizens Bank and it was all due to Mimi. We honestly can’t thank her enough!”

“This place is great. ENVIRNOMENT: They give candy to kids and have free Keurig coffee so you know they have the standards all the major Bank corps offer. Seating is slightly out dated but they have an extremely unique below-ground courtyard view which i admire plus old Historical Attleboro artifacts in a glass case that is special to our town. Very pretty,kind, and actually helpful tellers. One would assume they hire based off looks but you can tell from talking to any of them after 30 seconds that they clearly hire based on skill-sets. What is to complain about?! BUSINESS: I agree with other reviews that it is basically impossible to be in debt with Webster. I used to get killed with overdraft until they asked me to switch over to protection. The amount of stress that's been relieved in that aspect is unbeatable. CASH AND CHECK ATMS! Yes, that's right! I thought only BOA had this feature but i was surprised to see that they installed these new touch screen ATM's that took my cash and checks and was instantly available on my checking account instead of waiting a business day or two for verification. I will probably stay with this bank as long as i have one. If i end up relocating a good distance away from my Webster banks, then i might still not switch because the inconveniences of other bank would absolutely outweigh the convenience of the distance.”
