Lance Conte helped me make decisions through email and a website dedicated to my account. I felt so safe and really appreciated. The interest rates were low and there has been a rush of people refinancing. I was told that it would take 3 months and it has taken a little less than that. Nice. I like to know up front what to expect. Today I got a call from the closing company. They are coming to my house for the closing. I like that I can determine the level of safety that will be in place. Definitely will stay with Citizens.”

“They have a really incredible hot chocolate called peppermintic I get it get every time I go in the store and sometimes I even get to and take one to my nursing jobs. All the people are friendly and helpful and you know they are stressed because it short staffed and they had to recently change their hours. They also have a really good breakfast pizza for 279 a slice and the slices big enough for two people to share. Your hotdogs are now $.99 and they are really good as well.”
“Hubby & I go to Saki's before shows at PPAC - it's right across the street & the second floor has a bar where the bartender pours a good drink! Our favorite is the gyro with extra extra - extra tomatoes & onions with extra sauce - for years that was our order! A couple of months ago, we had extra time so we ordered the teriyaki chicken wings for an appetizer & they are AWESOME! Large & super crispy with just the right amount of sauce. The burgers are also delicious. It's an eclectic mix of PPAC patrons, usher staff, locals & students.”

“I haven't been inside a bank in a very long time. I rolled a bunch of change and carried it in the bank. The teller was very pleasant. Everything is done with your ATM card now. I looked around for a deposit slip and couldn't find one. Amazing how few people were in the bank.”

“They have some very good staff! I was checking out with my 5 year old and the cashier (Nadira was her name) gave plenty of compliments and was sure to make her customers laugh. When I handed her a $2 bill she was shocked and started conversation about it. Great service. I come here all the time and it definitely has great staff! I will continue to shop here!”
