I'm giving five stars on this one. I read the previous reviews and I don't understand I've been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. There's two things in my life that I can't stand, one is going to the pharmacy, two is going to the bank. I had some Fraud that I found on my account, and I walked into the Pleasant Street in Attleboro mass location without an appointment. I saw a wonderful lady named "Ritty" she was extremely pleasant and helpful and took an instant interest in my problem. She took me aside to a private desk immediately and within 15 minutes I was walking out the door with all of my problems resolved! A few days later I had a problem with my new ATM card. I walked into the branch once again to speak with Ritty, but she was not there, so I was able to speak with the manager of the bank directly. He took me into his office and sat me down immediately, and he made me feel like I was the only customer they had. He was extremely knowledgeable with the way that their system worked, and he had me straightened out inside of five minutes and once again, I was walking out the door with a smile. I will never bank anywhere else, but Bank of America, and I will never go to any other branch, other than the Attleboro mass branch on Pleasant St.,, even if I have to drive two hours.

When there is w a line only one teller will work behind the counter while other associates will do nothing to help the line of people

Went in to create a bank account and was helped with ease and friendliness! :) Alexandria Caparco, or “Lexi,” was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my new account, cards, and even the software on the app and getting my digital card set up on my iPhone! Thank you, Lexi!

Not a bank account customer, so that gets you automatic attitude. 1 teller on dutyTook 25 min to get a check cashed. Then after the wait they charged me 8 bucks to cash the check . Drive thru was closed. This was a Friday when most people do their banking.. and the hours are ridiculous 10am to 4pm its like they are holding their customers money hostage. Would never use them to hold my money

Superb customer service and friendly tellers. First time here and I'm impressed. Large facility with a drive-thru and 2 ATMs inside. Plenty of parking.

This might be the single worst bank on the face of the earth. The powers that be at BofA want a local presence but show zero interest in running a business that satisfies it's customer base. Drive thru waits, when you are the ONLY car in the drive thru can take up to 20 minutes, if you get out in 10(again even when there's NO line) it's a small miracle. It's not the employee's fault BofA runs the place so thin that they have the bare minimum amount of tellers(2) to keep the lobby and drive thru running. One person calls out sick and it's a bigger s***show than it usual is. Thruout Covid, they have probably set a record for local banks shutting down for a day, or several days. Again, because they are too cheap to staff the needed amount of tellers. No other bank in the area shuts down so often. Not Rockland, Bristol County Savings bank, Santander or Webster Bank. Worst bank on the planet. I feel bad for the employees, they have to deal with all the grief when it's corporate that's leaving them to hang out to dry.

Slow drive up services. I pulled up with no one else in line to make a simple savings deposit with deposit slip already filled out. Took me about 15 minutes.I had to ring the attendant several times. Very bad experience.

When I walked in the security guard was rude. He told me if I didn't have an appointment I had to leave. I was with another person who had business there. He is blind so I do all his paperwork. The guard almost physically tried to remove me. I walked out on my own, but I'm removing my money from this bank. Everyone is under stress, he should have a better tone with clients.

Who creates these hours?!?!?! Are you serious right now!!! Whoever is making these decisions should be fired and removed from this company. I’m telling you right now.. BOA you are going to regret going away from being a personable bank... you’re all business and zero customer service. I’ll never open an account with this company. Never.

All our businesses (and 1000s of employees) do not do business with Bank of America or any bank/business that does not pick up their phone from that location with a live person within one ring. BofA is not too big to fail. We have shut down much larger companies. Bye.

Worst bank I have ever stopped at. Workers have no personality. They all look miserable. Then they want to charge me $8 to cash one of there own checks.
