It's a Vet Clinic and they don't offer full care for animals who can't tolerate grooming!

Great place. The vets are super nice. It's a little costly, but hey, you get what you pay for. I bring my old english bulldog taco here.

They made me pay a head of time for my puppies first shots and then I had to wait an hour an a half past my appointment time to be seen, but it was very nice knowing that they just don’t rush you out the door for a quick buck. The genuinely care and now a days that’s extremely refreshing. I will absolutely bring all my future vet business to them.

Always trying to sell you something.-Tried to convince me my intact dog to get fixed after 9 years-Has no trouble eating or any issue but needs teeth pulled-Refused to cut his nails because they THINK they heard a heart murmur during a routine nail trim not vet visit and can't get him "worked up" (Being excited playing, car ride, walks and meeting people zero issues)-Thought he had a disease after several tests and about $1,000, inconclusive. Unable to treat without definitive confirmation.-Has issues with one ear getting a yeast infection. Tried to tell me its because "He is alot of dog"I went to this vet for two years after I moved right down the road. I will no longer be taking him here any longer. Save yourself some money and time and take your animal to a vet who cares about your pet and not making money.

I have been taking my pets here since the summer and everyone I have encountered has been so great, kind and patient.Friday, I had to allow my 17 year old cat, Milo, to cross the rainbow bridge and while I am deeply saddened by our families loss, I cannot say enough good things about the office and their conduct. From the initial call to schedule on Thursday to the office visit Friday- every single person was kind, calm, reassuring and just overall made the worst day for me a little bit easier. The vet assistant who helped me was so kind and I was not rushed. The Dr. listened to all my concerns and was so patient and understanding to my grief. I got to hold my sweet buddy Milo while the Dr. administered the medications and again, spent all the time I needed in the room with him afterwards.Thank you to everyone who was involved and helped me lay my best buddy to rest. Your kindness meant the world to me that day.

My dog has been going to Dr. Segal for over 11 yrs. I called for her to be seen because something was wrong with her. Sudden. Was told they couldn’t fit her in and to take her to Tufts in Walpole or a Swansea emergency. I was so shocked at this response. I asked her to please put her in for the next day. She said she couldn’t do that, I would have to call at 8 am the next morning. What kind of care & compassion is that. Done with this place.

please be careful of sending any animal here for surgery. In 2021 I sent my yellow lab in to get spayed. It was fine until she came home and was in so much pain. Obviously we expected her to be in pain but not this much. She could barely even walk or lay down and she was always crying. Well one day I came home from somewhere about 2 days after her surgery and she was dead in her crate. We called the vet and they apologized and we found out she was internally bleeding from the surgery. After we told the vets she had passed they never offered any kind of money back even after killing my dog. (the surgery was done in an old fashioned way that isn’t the most recent and efficient way it could’ve been done)
