Worst customer service by Mike The general manager out of the Providence location. We were given a quote and went over by one hour. The actual quote was for 499 including the one hour travel time, fuel, and 2 hours labor. This was based on 159 an hour. We went over not even a full hour in my bill was over $800 in total! How does it go from 499 to 800? He had no right answers. He was the worst general manager of any company we have dealt with. The two drivers were amazing. They felt awful. My husband and I standing up To this gentleman, however we still had to pay the bill. We will never ever ever recommend this company to anybody and we are not done. The Better Business Bureau, the Internet, social media will know the scam folks. You leave a $100 deposit then they tell the driver not to empty the truck until we pay the balance. Of course, our drivers were very courteous I would not recommend this company to one person!!!!

Louis and E were so professional and made our couches fit in the new place (I had started to worry they wouldn't!). Everything went according to the plan that I'd been given from the moving coordinator, who was also responsive and informative. Really appreciate the job the guys did today!

I used all my sons moving company last month to move from my one bedroom apartment to my new home. I was quoted $550 on top of the $100 deposit I paid when I booked the movers. We had 2 movers and one truck. The company assured us that they had dollies and all of the necessary equipment to assist with our move, but that proved to be untrue. They took down one box at a time, couldn't figure out how to get my couch out of my apartment, and scratched a bunch of my furniture in the process. My husband and I ended up having to move half of the couch, both of our TVs and other pieces of furniture and other things because they were taking for too long and you are charged by the hour. The other issue was that it took them an hour to just rearrange their truck because they "forgot" about the couch. I would think they would have moved the biggest piece of furniture first. Once they asked me for payment, I ended up owing over $1400 for these movers that clearly were taking their time as they get paid by the hour. When I asked Melissa on the phone (I believe that was her name) if that counted for their time rearranging their entire truck and moving a lot of big furniture myself, I got the response "well moving is not an exact science." I feel as though this company is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and takes advantage of their customers. Save yourself the money and aggravation and go with a different company. I sure wish I had.

We used this company last month. The company sent 3 guys to unload 4 U-boxes worth of furniture. Since you pay by the hour, my husband helped unloading to try to save time/money. He unloaded almost 2 whole U-boxes by himself while the 3 people from this company took twice the amount of time to unload the other 2 (1/2) U-Boxes. One of the guys pretty much sat in the truck ordering the other two around the whole time. The more my husband unloaded, the slower the movers worked and the less furniture they actually moved. It was incredibly frustrating to watch these people move more and more slowly as the day went by (because they get paid by the hour). We ended up paying for an entire day worth of moving services, even though my husband did nearly 1/2 the moving himself. Do yourself a favor and use a company that is more ethical.- giving 3 stars because the furniture was moved in without any damage and the movers were polite and friendly.

All My Son's movers did not do the job they were hired for - charged me over and above what was quoted - blamed me for them not having the proper staffing to complete the job. Large furniture items were left behind - would not unload the truck of the items they did move without full payment. The manager Mike was very rude !!!!! I had damaged furniture - missing glass inserts to tables - broken dining rm chairs . Had to hire a different mover to get my bedroom - dining rm - living rm delivered - would not have them back after they did a horrible job originally. Definitely would NEVER recommend. Obviously I am not the first person who had this same experience. AWFUL

This was one of the worst moving experiences I've had from start to finish. First when I was shopping around for prices I was drawn in by being misquoted. I was only told the hourly rate. I was not told that there would be a 5% surcharge for gas for moving to a different state (a total of 3 minutes over the boarder) and I was not told that I would be charged $160 for them to just show up. Inevitably I had to accept that my move would be more expensive than I was planning.
Moving day comes. Everything is loaded onto the truck except my couch. A small three seater. The movers can't get it out the door. I told them prior they would need to remove the feet to get the couch out. They failed to bring the correct tools to remove the feet so tried forcing the couch out of the door. Damaging the hard wood floor of my rental unit in the process. My father offered to go to the hardware store and get the correct tool for them (nothing fancy by the way. Just a long neck screwdriver. Something that they should be prepared with). They were incredibly rude and told my father "the clock is still running." I had to call corporate to have the movers stop the clock. Which supposedly they did but after I received my bill I have to wonder if that's true. Upon arriving to the new location (ten minutes away but they took an additional 20 minutes to arrive) the movers left everything in the living room and did not even leave space to walk across the room. They left boxes upside down and tracked mud throughout the new apartment. I was told if it was raining measures would be taken to avoid dirtying the new apartment. This was clearly not the case. Several days later as I'm trying to piece together my furniture I realize they did not return the hardware for the furniture even though I explicitly asked them to give me the hardware to keep track of during the move. I finally get my hardware the next day.
The unloading took all of 20 minutes. However I was charged for two hours of unloading time. You have to pay them before they unload your things so they estimate the unload time. I'm not sure why they estimated two hours of time when it took them an hour to load up (outside of the couch fiasco). But I paid and was told I would be refunded for unused time. It's now been two weeks and I've called and asked for the refund to be processed. It is still not processed. Now I've been trying to call to follow up on my refund and cannot get in touch with anyone. My calls keep getting mysteriously dropped, though they went through with no problem before the move.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They will ROB YOU and do a poor job! Such a scam. HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end!

Overall terrible experience. We were quoted 2 hours for a 1st floor apartment move. They sent over 2 guys and they might as well have only sent one. One guy sat around and did little to nothing. It took over 30 minutes for them to take out the first box. (Everything was already packed and ready to go). The move ended up taking 7 hours and I had to tell them to leave at least 4 car loads behind because they were moving so slowly and we were charged by the hour. Once my husband called management the other worker suddenly started taking things to the truck and they finished unloading in good time. Overall it was an awful experience both with the quoting department and the movers themselves.

We had Timmy and his pink trunk come out to help us with a massive move between storage units and they did an incredible job! Were very professional and got the job done quick! Thank you for all your help!

Terrible customer service, movers damaged my wall.Afterwards forced me to pay them through cashapp instead of the professional mobile card reader he was supposed to use. Contacted all my sons via phone and email and submitted my claim with photo evidence and screenshots of payment and they began to ignore every message, it has been well over one month since our last communication. Highly recommend against using this moving company.

I give this company 0 stars! They couldn't get the time right kept changing it. We're very nice when they gave the quote . Movers Emanuel and Wally were great. We get to my new place and they hand me the phone to settle up with the owner. Who quoted me hundreds more than originally. When i questioned the amount he started babbling . Then must've thought he was on hold cause he said this woman is an a--hole. Seriously? I never got a receipt called several times they didn't answer called on my husbands phone and they picked right up. Called again after being hung up on and transferred to 10 people the owner said nicely I'll email the receipt no problem. Still waiting for the receipt . If they have nothing to hide why can't they give you an itemized bill. The owners and office people are so rude! Run from this company!!! and I'm now disputing with the bank for fraudulent charges. Horrible! Save yourself the headache from this loser company!!

Company lied about cost. They quoted a price, then switched it to way higher when I called to confirm. They were rude saying it's because of a TX call center and "apartments" are different in TX call centers than MA so it's more expensive than they thought( about 200 an hour compared to 160 an hour) . Thank god I'm switching before I move with them. BEWARE OF SCAMS

I can't select my rating because they all seem to be positive. I would go at least a minus five. When I called them, I told them any day would be good. He said I will give you a slow day and a good deal.And they would call me two days before to confirm it.I gave them my deposit.The deal was one forty nine, an hour, one hour minimum, and one hour for travel.I made my plans and set it up. I was moving a wood stove from someone else's house to mine. It was all set and ready to go.When they call back the deal change completely.It was too late for me.It went up to 160 an hour. 1 and 1/2 hour traveling and a 2 hour minimum.It went from a $300 job to $556.Nothing about them was professional..I highly do not recommend them.

the movers who came did their job, however for the time and price, I feel like it was high.Some misrepresenting of quote/cost, drivers went to wrong address, extra 30+ minutes paid for, not exactly hustling for moving from 1 small apartment to another.I used Allied movers previously, in comparison, I see the difference in movers who are getting job done in timely and professional manner.We requested some credit back for the extra 15 minutes charged for time, and then 30 minutes they were lost. No response from owner, this is not the way to do business when you want a satisified customer in my opinion. Lesson learned.
