I can’t say enough good things about this company. They helped us out of a bind with a garbage dealership and were quick and efficient and friendly. The driver was a great guy who even had some good ideas about how to help with our problem. I would recommend 401 towing and will not call any other company in the future.As a side note don’t ever do business with Route 146 Auto in Smithfield, they are completely corrupt and will squeeze you for every penny and sell you a car that they know has a defunct engine then try to charge you for it to be replaced while still in warranty period. They are horrible and we don’t want other people to be trapped by them also.

Called for a tow on my vehicle while it was broken down. Extremely quick response, waited for no more than 10 minutes for the flat bed to show up and the price was extremely fair. Great service. Driver even transported me to the store I was heading to before bringing my vehicle to the dealership. Contacted me to confirm key drop off information and sent pictures of final placement of vehicle once off flat bed and at dealership. Highly recommendService: Car towing

I'm so grateful for the fast and excellent service of 401 Towing! I wound up with a flat tire on my way home from work, pulled into a gas station and tried to fix myself with the "fix a flat" stuff—but it didn't work. I could hear the air leaking out of the tire. I searched for a towing company, and the guy from 401 Towing answered right away and came over—and he was actually able to patch my tire for me! And for a reasonable rate. A few days later, I had it double-checked by the dealer, and it's holding out fine. I'm just so appreciative for such a great service.Service: Tire change

Edwin is the BEST! We were stuck in Pawtucket on New Year's Eve in the rain, no less, with a dead starter. AAA could not find us a tow service under those conditions but gave us Edwin's number. He came right away, was 100% pleasant and courteous, and towed our vehicle (with us in the cab) 56 MILES to home in the middle of the night! We so appreciate having found him under tough circumstances and will always be grateful for his professional assistance and pleasant demeanor.Service: Long distance hauling

After having a no show from a towing company that my insurance company arranged, they put in a call to 401 towing and told me that they weren’t under contract so I would have to pay up front and get reimbursed. Edwin called me within minutes and let me know that he was home and would have to get the truck. I had already missed work one day because of the battery and couldn’t miss any more time. He was here within the hour. Before putting my car on the truck, he asked what had happened. I had gotten a new battery in NH the day before, drove home to RI, and the car didn’t start in the morning. Asked to look under the hood, and found the problem. The battery connections were loose. Made it to work on time. Want to thank Edwin for all his help and kindness. Will bypass insurance and call him directly if I need a tow.

Called many tow services and 401 towing came right away. Within minutes.. No extra damage to my vehicle and the price was excellent. Don't call no where else 401 towing is the best
