This guy helped me out with an issue I had. And to be honest he was one of the best guys I've ever dealt with as far as a stranger goes. In a crazy world where a lot of people could not care less about customer service or treating customers fairly and respectfully (such as boost, in my experience), this guy went above and beyond to help me when he certainly did not have to. Thank you sir.

Called ahead to ask for glass screen protectors in stock which I was told they have multiple and re-confirmed on the phone that this was the right location and was told it was just to come in and they have nothing in stock for any of my phone as well as no help of service getting it ordered in store or at all.

Very positive experience. Joe and the store manager were very helpful and knowledgeable. They tipped the scale for me making my decision to stay with Verizon rather than go with AT&T an easy one. Good customer service is VERY hard to find in this day and age.

Crowded and almost walked out thinking this would take hours but the guy behind the counter had a smile on his face...didn't seem to be the slightest stressed out just explained to the customer how she should handle this problem she was having, he went on the phone and spoke with both customer...and rep on the phone looked up with another smile and said.."you're all set Miss...(and this was an older woman...clearly not a mMISS...but being a woman in her 50's I love it when I'm called Miss) she thanked him over and over for taking the time to walk her through something that was clearly available for her to trouble shoot online.Needless to say...despite the crowd...I stayed.Monique

After a number of unsuccessful calls (4), to Verizon Support, Zack, at the Athol store was able to resolve our issue. If it were not for Zack, we would not have continued to be a Verizon customer.

Zach greeted me as soon as I entered the store helped me without hesitation explained everything and answered all my questions while making me feel at ease even helped me pick the correct accessories for my new phone

Deceptive salesperson(s). The folks that work here lack customer service skills. I purchased a phone for my elderly mother and was very clear that we wanted a watch that was simple and not gigantic. I wanted to be able to return it if it was something she was unable to operate and he assured me I could.They did not have one in stock for me to see so they ordered one...over a week later I had to go in and ask if it came in. It was there but the salesman (Zach) shrugged it off as "oh well" didn't call you. The watch was huge but I figured I would let her try it. It didn't work for her and when I brought it in to return there was "Heather" huffing and puffing because she had to get out of her chair and help me. When all was said and done I was charged a $50 restocking fee and the $30 fees when I picked it up. The "manager" Zach was dismissive and not particularly pleasant. His reply was that he told me but I can assure you that was not mentioned. So after 19 years as a customer of Verizon I can tell you that this is my last year!
