It's an ok store, but I wasn't overly impressed with what they had in stock. It sort of reminded me of an indoor fleamarket /yard sale that was a little on the expensive side. The cashier was friendly while she was trying to get me to sign up for their store credit card, which I said no to, she was still professional and friendly, but did seem a little deflated, so I'm thinking maybe, they have a quota of new people they have to sign up for their store credit cards.

We love Marshall's in Athol. Every time we go grocery shopping at Market Basket, we have to browse through Marshall's. Great deals, great finds for both clothing & home.

I would rate it higher because the store the few times I’ve been has always been organized. The women’s clothing selection is great but the men’s and kids sections have no variety. Also there is one older woman who works there who if she rings you up makes what could be a good experience suck. She always looks and sounds so irritated. I don’t know if she’s the manager or not but she just acts like she’s doing a person an inconvenient favor by simply ringing them up.

This store is always clean! Clothes are on the hangers, everything's in the right place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The clothes are beautiful and the prices are the best.

Wonderful customer service from everyone! Just moved to the area and my first visit was so pleasant. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Sonja was so sweet and patient with me. She helped me so much! I’ve never had such wonderful treatment from a retail store. I look forward to my next visit!
