Normally I would give them 5 stars, but not today. Went Monday to order an arrangement. I was very specific. I wanted it no more than 6 inches tall, with only white and green flowers. My budget was between $75.00 and $100.00. Pretty simple right?? I got a bouquet with flowers of different sizes, some over 18 inches tall, with only white flowers and a few pieces of greenery around the outside. Very disappointed to spend $80.00 on flowers I didn't want. Associate was not helpful, as she only offered to cut the flowers down....if I didn't mind waiting. They had 4 days to put this together, and if they needed any clarification they could have called me at any time. Very disappointed.

Was encouraged by the reviews, and truthfully there doesn't seem to be a lot of options in the area. My sister just got out of surgery, blue is her fav color, so I went with Beautiful in Blue. Although the delivered item has more blue in it, it has a lot of filler, zero lilies, and just not as many flowers period. I will be calling McMannis tomorrow. UPDATE: McMannis called me the next day, asking if they can do something to improve their service. They offered to send another arrangement right away, or in a week or two, and it could be the same or different arrangement. I asked for the same but with 3 roses in it, and lilies if they had them, which they did now (none avail when I ordered it). Anyway, as agreed upon, a week after the first delivery, a second was delivered that was 10x better than the first! Beautiful flowers & the 3 yellow roses I requested, and orange ones too! My sister appreciated the first arrangement (not knowing what I ordered), but was totally wowed by the second. Thank you, McMannis Florist. Will DEFINITELY use them again!

Highly Recommend! I went to Macmannis for a sympathy arrangement for a funeral service. I had chosen the option I wanted online (much more reasonably priced than any others out there) and called to make sure they could deliver the next day.Not only could did they handle the request quickly and delivered it to Gardner on time, the arrangement was absolutley GORGEOUS! Even better than the online photo depiction. Plus, they were a complete delight to talk to over the phone. Definitely made a future customer out of me!

The plants here are great and the staff are very helpful. The house plants are a bit expensive, but I think it is in line with most other small shops. The herbs are very fairly priced.

Great florist. Have lots of plants in greenhouse ready to be planted. Staff is very knowledgeable as well. Prices are very reasonable. They also do wonderful arrangements.

Macmannis Florist sent my friend a beautiful bouquet of flowers that stayed fresh and beautiful for over 2 weeks. Their service was excellent and the person who took my order was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with their customer service and the quality of their flowers. If you get flowers from them, you won't be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. We hired Macmannis Florists for our wedding flowers: bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and wall decor. The colors were amazing! Everyone I spoke with after my wedding commented on how beautiful the flowers were. They all said they have never seen such beautiful pieces. I was more than pleased with everything they did for me; I requested trinkets and figurines to be in my bouquets and boutonnieres, and relied on them to make it look good -- they delivered. I am so impressed with the quality, attention to detail, and professionalism of the staff at Macmannis. Incredibly helpful throughout the whole planning process! 10/10 Recommend.
