“Was encouraged by the reviews, and truthfully there doesn't seem to be a lot of options in the area. My sister just got out of surgery, blue is her fav color, so I went with Beautiful in Blue. Although the delivered item has more blue in it, it has a lot of filler, zero lilies, and just not as many flowers period. I will be calling McMannis tomorrow. UPDATE: McMannis called me the next day, asking if they can do something to improve their service. They offered to send another arrangement right away, or in a week or two, and it could be the same or different arrangement. I asked for the same but with 3 roses in it, and lilies if they had them, which they did now (none avail when I ordered it). Anyway, as agreed upon, a week after the first delivery, a second was delivered that was 10x better than the first! Beautiful flowers & the 3 yellow roses I requested, and orange ones too! My sister appreciated the first arrangement (not knowing what I ordered), but was totally wowed by the second. Thank you, McMannis Florist. Will DEFINITELY use them again!”
